Great service and speedy delivery!

The item I wanted was Out of Stock on their website, so I used the chat feature to ask them about it. They messaged back promptly and said they have a few in stock and that the website is now updated so I made the order.

I placed the order on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday.

The only thing that wasn't as great was the courier - I was home all day and received a message saying they couldn't deliver it and the parcel was taken to a news agency in a nearby suburb. They didn't buzz or attempt to deliver it, so it was disappointing. Definitely not the vendor's fault though.

Will absolutely order from them again!

Stepped in to have a sticky beak. My friend had been wanting to come here for ages. There is a really excellent range of professional and home cook wear and the prices are pretty good. However I noticed that the women at the counter only greeted the Caucasian customers and not me and my friend. So we won’t be returning anytime soon…. I guess as much as I don’t want to support Amazon… at least they don’t discriminate between their customers…. And in relation to the response from the owner…. There was another Asian customer and they were not cheerily greeted either until one of them had a question …. please don’t minimise our experience in your store

An update - it was suggested by Chef's Warehouse to request AusPost via email next time I order.

The products quality and price are good. I don't understand why are you still using CouriersPlease services There is no choice for me at checkout to choose AusPost, which I would definitely do.

One of my deliveries was supposed to come before Christmas. It was chocolate... They did not deliver on time, apparently it was left in a car for a couple of days due to public holidays. Obviously the chocolate melted, lost shape and quality.

This time I ordered chocolate again hoping there are no public holidays around and it's winter. They didn't try to deliver to my home and left it in a collection point which I have to drive to!! Not a walking distance! What's the point of such delivery?

Using such an unreliable delivery service you are loosing your customers. Just provide an option for AusPost to deliver.

I used to frequent Chefs’ Warehouse years ago when they were in Surry Hills and I worked in the area. They always had a great range of kitchenware, utensils, equipment, and ingredients at great prices. These days, I don’t work so close to their current location so I’m not able to visit as often as I would like. However, I just placed an online order earlier this week and I received it at my front door within 48 hours. Their product range and prices are still great, the cost for delivery is extremely reasonable, and delivery timeframe are excellent! I am very pleased to be able to frequent Chefs’ Warehouse regularly again - online - and I will definitely be placing regular orders with them!
