I had the absolute pleasure of taking my Yr 11 Hospitality class for a lunchtime lesson from Chef Daniel At Baker Street yesterday.
Were were welcomed with immediate friendly service and delicious lunchtime burgers and drinks. Daniel devoted a big chunk of time to sitting with the students, talking with them about his establishment, his amazing food, and the ins and outs of his experience in the restaurant and catering industry. He went above and beyond to share his knowledge of the industry and show us the logistics of his kitchen, but also, to inspire these students to believe in themselves and to not be afraid of working hard to fulfill their dreams. Chef Daniel is a very genuine and generous person. Thank you for the best excursion I have ever been a part of in my teaching career. I know the students felt the same!

Though it's his work with everybody that creates such a buzz at his Baker Street HQ in Gosford.
He trains and educates people from all walks of life on the amazing world of food, nutrition and the hospitality industry.
PS. I don't usually believe in 5 stars as perfection is never attained, but Chef Daniel gets 4.9 from me.

Chef Daniel is not only a talented Chef, he also has a great passion for sharing his expertise and knowledge. Recently Daniel provided professional learning for secondary school teachers who deliver Hospitality across Public Schools NSW. The sessions focused on industry skills and current trends, enabling teachers to pass on the knowledge and skills learnt to their Hospitality students. The training was highly engaging and interactive and the teachers loved the industry engagement. Daniel is deeply committed to delivering quality training and increasing the skillset of people entering and within the industry. Daniel is a highly engaging presenter who knows his stuff!

Wyong Race Club used Chef Daniel to review is hospitality options as it emerged from the challenges of Covid-19 and the need to bring food operations in-house to maintain service and quality standards for its clientele.

Chef Daniel made several recommendations which included keeping food operations in-house. The Club has adopted many of Chef Daniel's recommendations, and is factoring others into the Club's hospitality strategy for implementation in the near future.

Having known Chef Daniel now for a number of years but especially from his time onboard several ships of P&O Cruises where he joined our team for bespoke Food & Wine Cruises as a guest chef it is needless to say that he's an absolutely outstanding, very passionate, committed and hands-on chef who not only knows how to capture the crowds during highly sought after culinary events but also managed to fit well into our onboard teams where every single one of the chefs onboard thoroughly enjoyed working alongside him, with lots of takeaways and learnings.
