I was a little nervous about using a third party site to book airline tickets for the first time, but approximately 90 minutes after booking I received a call from Allen at Cheapoflyt. He was very courteous and confirmed my booking, stayed on the line until I confirmed I had received my tickets via email, and provided instructions for seat selection once that becomes available. He put my mind at ease about the booking and I am thrilled to have secured such a good deal on my flight.

Edit now that my trip is over:
Everything went smoothly with the flights booked through Cheapoflyt. The original flight was canceled by the airline, but Cheapoflyt did an excellent job ensuring that I was switched to an equivalent nonstop flight. The only very minor issue we had was the four tickets booked were given two different confirmation numbers after the rebooking, and unfortunately my spouse and I were on one confirmation while our underage children were on the other. This meant I could not check the children in online or at a self-service kiosk, and had to get assistance from the airline staff at the airport, which slightly increased our time to get through everything. Ideally, the tickets should have been booked on one confirmation number or as two with an adult and child on each one. Overall, though, it was a great experience with this company.

Samuel offered excellent service in booking my airplane tickets. I am really thankful for his extra effort in finding the best deal for me. He was extremely patient and was on the phone all the time it took to complete the transaction.

Absolutely terrible booking service.
They try to overcharge for a booking by an extra $20 without consent, gave an excuses of merchant charges when it was already included in the price. When I told them I had proof of a screen shot of the final price with the merchant charges included in the total price, they then changed their tune to the issue being a technical issue with the bank.
They cancelled the booking upon advice of my husband - which is also false, apparently he told them to cancel the booking - when all he told them was that I was going to call them and sort out the payment issue, he never told them to cancel the booking. The payment issue being that they tried to charge an extra $20 on a booking without communication or consent. All they do is lie and make excuses.
They tried to rebook the flight with an increase of $200. No thank you - took my business and booking elsewhere. Never again!

They helped me book my friend’s ticket to India.
I was sceptical initially but the agent made sure I get the best deal and also offered to help in case of any information needed about flights.
I received my e tickets and cross checked it via airline website. It was a legit booking and I saved a bit of money.

I would recommend this company to everyone who is travelling to India from Australia

I ran into the same situation as most others had stated... "There was an issue processing your order. Tried to contact you and you were unreachable." - I was not contacted regarding any issues whatsoever. I received a cancelation email and simply let them know that I'm okay with the cancelation. I was able to book directly through the airline for a similar price. What a poor business model. Keep at it and you'll be out of business in no time!

Worst experience.. all like others. Booked the flights with Zander smith 5 months prior and at last they change my flight (without notifying me)with the same one he told while booking which was cheaper and I not opt for that and paid more for different one.
Upon request, Zander never replied and some other person blamed airline for the change. I do confirm from airline and they said their flight is still departing the same day that I had booked.
First they send different itinerary and at last send me different one.
They are big scammers.. don’t trust them.. it’s a total hassle if travelling with baby…

I had a great experience booking with Cheapoflyt. Specifically, with the agent named: Juan Ramirez. The tickets I purchased were initially sold out, so I got a call from the Cheapoflyt team that I had to cancel my flight or look for alternatives. Juan was on the phone with me for whole 40 minutes to come up with the right resolution; in the end, he helped me book the same tickets with the same price, honoring the price I initially bought them for. He didn't have to do this, but he truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. I am very thankful for his kind action here, and I am excited to share that I will be able to visit home and be with my family for the holiday season. If it weren't for Juan, a reunion with family wouldn't have been possible. I want to end this note to thank Juan again for all the help he had given me.

Don't waste your time. My experience is the same with other people. The website let me book in, and enter all details including your card details. Then they sent an email with the booking details, saying "Congratulation! Your booking flight is confirmed" but they did not issued e-ticket. At that point, I supposed the e-ticket would be sent later like what other legit agents do. However, there was a man called me saying the seat is not available, I traveled with an infant so 3 of us has to move to the front seats, which cost an extra $200 to change the seat for a flight from Melbourne to Sydney. I did not agree, he offered to change the hours (still adding $100). Otherwise, he said, the price on the website was increased by $500. Take it or leave it. I didn't mind leaving it, I wouldn't pay extra for the scammer. The thing that made me upset is that if the website wouldn't have let me book in due to the unavailability of the seats, I would have booked from somewhere else earlier. So don't waste time with them, book with others instead.
