This is a review about a delivery order for cheap as chips. I stupidly ordered for a second time with cheap as chips. My first order I had to ring the store where it was supposedly coming from and check up. They were lovely and helped me. I received my order, after chasing it. I have just done another delivery order with cheap as chips. It doesn’t have a store it’s coming from this time. I have rung around and it’s not in their system. I have rung an Adelaide number for assistance was told they would get back to me, nothing. I have done the online form three times, nothing. I have emailed them through customer service, nothing. This has been over a week and a half. I have rung back the Adelaide number multiple times now and answering machine. I have emailed asking for my delivery order to be cancelled now, nothing. I am out of ideas and am now going to the ombudsman or something similar for retail.
Ironically it says where you fill out the online form that they are very chatty and will get back to you.

There is this LOVELY young man there who has the best social skills, he knows how to get the line going without pushing people out of the store, great chatter. 10/10 customer service. I wish I got to know his name but he has braces, I see him every Saturday so if anyone knows him, tell him he's doing a mighty fine job and he's going above and beyond what other kids would do(myself included).

Cheap as Chips is here in Geelong... On Anakie Road in Bell Park Plaza. A large Store with fresh stock coming in all the time. Plenty of parking and easy access ♿ into the store. Everything is here... Expect the kitchen sink. 👍🅿️

No different to other $2plus shops except too daunting for a quick visit or finding a specific item. Staff are friendly, but also confused on where stock is. Although wheelchair accessible, there is no room with floor either covered in stock or items not arranged properly. Basically needs a good clean.
