Thank you Shane David the driver of the disability taxi.Shane was amazing kept a level head and utmost care for his passenger complete professional Shane and my sister were in an accident on the eastern dorrigo mountain. No fault of the driver here. Both being trapped in the vehicle for a few hrs until help arrived. Once the ambulance officers were able to retrieve his passenger uninjured, he then stayed with the vehicle never relinquishing his responsibility.
We are deeply grateful to you and have our utmost respect.

The operator/ dispatch man is down right rude and nasty, told me no one will be coming to pick me up. I'm an older person and was stranded in Coffs Harbour late at night. I was treated like I was garbage, spoken to like I was garbage. I've read other reviews that mirror what I'm saying, this dispatcher is racist and purely nasty. Use any other taxi service. CHASA is beyond belief.

Booked a taxi 4 hours in advance, only a 15 minute journey from town. Somebody agreed to the booking over the phone.

The car didn’t show. I called to ask for an update as I didn’t want to be late for my shift at the hospital and the same person who took my booking said they couldn’t get anyone to collect me and could make no guarantees about when a car might be available.

I don’t understand how this kind of poor service can happen, when so much notice is given for the booking. If you can’t guarantee pick ups, don’t accept advance bookings.

Perfect timing, accuracy and nice driver. We were worried whether anyone would come to get us, because you’ll get a tracking link sms only a moment before the pick-up time, but everything worked brilliantly. Recommended, also because they take advance reservations (not just requests).

I use CHASA because I know they're going to be there on time, the taxi will be clean as a whistle, they're always pleasant and they'll show a ready willingness to help load and unload our gear. I've only ever had positive experiences with CHASA.
