My family has been customers for many years here. The service given has never changed, it is a very busy premises and the staff still manage to fix your problem in a very reasonable time frame. The professional and personal interaction of the staff has always been friendly and courteous and very helpful to us, we can not fault butch and the team, and we will continue to have the business as our tyre service, without fail. Keep up the good work butch.

This business is highly recommended!

Brilliant, honest owner with a heart of gold who really is the best when you need help.

About 50kms outside of Charlton, the low tyre pressure warning light lit up on our European car (no spare). Run-flat tyres, I thought, no problems...I can keep driving.

Yeah, nah.....completely flat and not taking air at the servo in Charlton.

Bugger....Anzac Day, 9am and a long way shy of our destination (Renmark, SA).

Ummmmm..

I pulled into Ian's shop front. No one around and closed of course... people are at the service for Anzac Day just down the road.

Lo and behold..... the owner of the shop reverses out and I kinda have to get out of the way. He kindly winds his window down to see what was up, we explain our predicament and he says he'll see what he can do to help but has some errands to do first.

All of about 30min later, he calls us back to his shop. Bit of mucking around.... but he's managed to find a tyre close enough to what we need, fits it and send us on our way for a very reasonable sum.

Ian's a legend!! We gave him a bottle of wine to say thanks. Least we could do.... terrific bloke who stopped to take care of people around him who were in need.

I am appreciated... When our car had a flat tyre in the middle of our trip from Melbourne to Mildura. The spare tyre wasn't pumping up either. We were so desperate and the tyre was an unusual size from an European imported car. We arrived at the shop to try our luck after driving 15km in distance in 40km/h on 100km/h highway. The shop owner Ian and the assistant Will went extra miles to find us a same size new one in 20mins or so. They had replaced the tyre and helped us to pump the spare one properly. The cost is so incredibly low. Yeah! We were back on the road again. When we were waiting, we found the customers from near to far have been attended promptly and friendly. Really strongly recommend this shop 👍👍👍
