Arrived at Ballina very early in the morning 7.30am by bus. I booked a room a few days earlier so I then rang reception asked if I could have a early check-in he said yes most definitely he went over and above to make my stay in Ballina fantastic. I highly highly recommended staying here. Top location great pub 2 minutes walk away. Dan Murphy next door and a little shopping centre 3 minutes walk away

Nicest Motel I've stayed in of late. I've stayed in countless Motels recently and most these days aren't anything to write home about but if your looking for a very clean and comfortable stay with very friendly and attentive staff this is definitely a good option.
Faces north also so you aren't freezing to death waiting for the sun to appear in winter.

Close to the taven and Dan Murphy's. Nice pool and very comfortable beds. Nice.

Liked - King bed was very comfortable and pub etc was within walking distance. Air conditioner worked well and the room appeared to be partially renovated.||Disliked - Arrived after nominated check in time and had to wait for tradesperson to finish grouting tiles in bathroom, which by then was after 4pm. Bathroom was very old and small , tiles mouldy. Compendium in room had seen better days, dirty and yukky!

Could park bike up, and walk to food shops, pub late night petrol ⛽ station for muchys and have swim all on foot. Give it 4 🌟 for my stay

Very friendly staff btw but. I paid $163 for the 'Deluxe Room' for 1 night. The room was very bare minimum effort. The bed is what makes the room, and the bed was very poor quality non sleep able. King sized bed was very stale uncomfortable for $163!!! PER NIGHT. The fridge that room had was a bit smelly like it was cleaned out properly and the icebox was overflowing and full.

Great management of this property. They were very friendly and accommodating for our large family.|We were passing through and this Motel made a great mid way point in our trip. Our rooms were ready on arrival and we found the hosts to be very helpful and accommodated a box trailer too.|Beds were comfy, bathroom was a little small, but did the job for us.|Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed 31/08/23, and really wished I hadn't paid in advance as this was the worst stay in the 3 weeks of travel. Paid $194 for the deluxe room - and the room was very basic. Bathroom floor tiles ruggered, toilet seat moved sideways when lifted, hot and cold taps in shower was reverse, stood waiting forever for hot water to come through until hubby suggested using the cold tap....... soap in shower smelt more like public toilet soap, pool hadn't been cleaned in a while and looked more like a ducks pond.....
I'd really hate to see the budget rooms, and don't understand other peoples positive reviews 🙄 maybe paid reviews........
Room worth approx $55 and that's being generous
