My sister and I attended the Travel and Cruise expo on the weekend, we had exactly in mind what we wanted out of this expo. With a quick chat and future cruise deposit booked with Princess Cruises, we headed over to Lisa to book the cruise we had our hearts set on. It was a very busy day at the expo, but Lisa was all over it and had our cruise put on hold and was only too happy to sort out our other queries. So far Lisa has been amazing to deal with and has answered and addressed all our emails as well as continue to follow up a special we found to put towards our cruise. Since the expo we have walked away beaming to have booked the cruise we wanted, the room wanted and couple extras! Thank you for your time Lisa and we look forward to continuing to liaise with you up until our holiday and potentially future cruises.

Very poor service I rang at 8- 30am now 2-30 no call back it said call back in 10m nothing that is the last time I go there so bad I looked on your website and it said you were open and the message on phone said we are all busy leave a message and we will get back to you in 10m
