Really amazing restaurant. Went there last night for a bucks night there were 10 of us.
The restaurant is in a prime location in Preston and the food variety is really great. The staff are nice and friendly and service is in a good and timely manner.
The pricing is not too expensive, for one person it is affordable.
You can’t really go wrong with anything from their delicious menu of Mediterranean and middle eastern cuisine.
Perhaps the most popular main is the mixed grill which is more than enough for one person and is quite filling. As an alternative, you can go for the seafood basket which is another filling and delicious meal. There are other options if you don’t fancy a mix or a basket. Try one of the lamb or chicken options, or one of the seafood dishes. Their kebab meat is also very tasty and delicious.
Now the desserts are to die for, you have to try the Queen la vie, or any ice cream or pastry type dessert. Usually middle eastern and Mediterranean restaurants make the best and most delicious desserts, but make sure you have room in your tummy for a two or three course menu.
I take my hat off to the restaurant staff and chefs for their wonderful menu and also for the spacious dining, the place can fit a crowd inside but you may need to book if you are going as a group especially on busy nights like Friday or Saturday night.
I would heartily recommend a visit to this amazing and stylish restaurant.

Wait staff are so wholesome and run to greet you at the door. They're very respectful and make you feel welcomed at this establishment.

The environment is lovely. Customers are so friendly and welcoming also. The atmosphere in general is classy and clean.

It was my birthday and they really made me happy with the birthday music in Arabic....love it...Thank you. The food was amazing and delicious....generous serving... don't forget to order Kanafa....delicious

Our party of six recently visited CeLaVi and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We were escorted to our table and given Menus. Ordered drinks and wine which was served quite quickly. We opted to do the $55 per person feast and was thrilled with the generous servings and the flavours! Great grazing board of fresh dips, bread, fried chicken wings, and little cheese and spinach pies started our adventure, followed by chips, tabbouleh, lamb, chicken and mince skews.The service was friendly and nothing too much trouble. We asked for a 15 minute break before coffee and dessert were served and they were most accommodating. Freshly brewed coffee and baklava completed our amazing Lebanese feast! Honestly we just about rolled out of the restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful dinner and a fabulous evening out!

Absolutely exceptional! The service was professional, warm, and attentive — true experts at what they do. And the food? Simply outstanding! Every bite was full of flavor and made with care. A truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

First timers here. The food was absolutely delicious! The chips were perfection. Really enjoyed the tawook? The grilled chicken plate and the chicken mushroom was great.

It was a bit weird that they smoke shisha inside, but you know forewarning 🤷🏻‍♀️ you could ask for a spot away from others I suppose and like some of the other reviews say. It’s not well ventilated.

The inside is very striking black marble looking walls and emerald velvet-like chairs and couches.

The wait staff were very on top of everything to the point of like let me take that plate that has one of the breads still on it. It wasn’t busy (it’s a Tuesday night) so I think they’re just very on it.

Highly recommend this place! Just be wary of the shisha smokers.

Came here for Mother’s Day, this place is incredible. Food is authentic and delicious. Nancy was our waitress, best waitress she was very attentive and made the experience even better. The atmosphere is something you don’t get anywhere else. Definitely coming back.

Every time my husband and I visit Melbourne from Sydney, this restaurant is an absolute must. It’s honestly become a tradition for us and with good reason!

The food here is nothing short of spectacular. Every single dish is packed with incredible flavours, cooked to perfection, and you can truly taste the passion and love in every bite. No matter how many times we come back, the menu continues to impress us, always leaving us excited for the next visit.

The vibe and environment of the place is equally as special. It’s warm, welcoming, and has such a vibrant atmosphere, the kind of place that makes you feel instantly at home. Whether it’s a relaxed lunch or a lively dinner, it’s always the perfect spot.

But what makes this place truly stand out is the people. The staff and the owner are honestly some of the most amazing people we’ve met. Their hospitality is unmatched. The customer service is always exceptional. Warm, attentive, genuine. Over the past few months, they’ve come to feel like family to us, which is rare to find in a restaurant these days.

It’s no exaggeration to say that each visit is somehow even better than the last. We absolutely love this place and will continue coming back every chance we get. If you’re in Melbourne, do yourself a favour and pay them a visit you definitely ’t regret it.
