I would love to tell you about their service, but unfortunately they never answer the phone. I was visiting this weekend for a friend's event and needed transport to and from the event. Across at least 12 calls, I was unable to get any further than the automated message telling me that they would be with me soon. I was forced to call my friend to pick me up (who was busy with setting up their event) as I didn't know anyone else in town. Stupidly tried to call again when it was time to go back to my accommodation, only to have to get another guest (who fortunately hadn't been drinking), to take myself and three others.
Just close down, you obviously aren't interested in running the business.

A terrible experience:

1. 15 mins late for a pre booked trip
2. Driver was rude, claiming not to know where he was going or how machine worked
3. We were quoted $50-60
4. Driver used the meter and claimed it was $75 and then charged $6 to pay by card

Would recommend just booking and Uber it was $50 for a uberXL for the same journey.

It's quicker and easier to walk than call a taxi in Cessnock. Take a bus, ride a bike, make alternative plans, they're so unreliable that it isn't worth the time and energy calling them.

Abysmal. Woeful. Shamefully terrible. Shockingly bad. Truly awful. Trust me - get an Uber, or start walking. Both are vastly better than even trying these clowns.

Four times we tried to book cabs over the past 18 months; four times they failed to even show up at all. The closest we came was receiving a text message 20 minutes after the booked time, saying the cab was another 20 minutes away. That's saying nothing of being on hold for 25mins before someone actually answered. And THAT'S saying nothing of the repeated calls that didn't get through, for hours, because the line was perpetually busy. Literal hours spent trying to get through. There's just no possible way the phone traffic was even remotely heavy enough to warrant that or the hold time.

Seriously, go straight to Uber and get a nice new clean car with active tracking that costs about half what a cab would. Uber drivers are motivated to do a good job; these guys clearly couldn't care less about your business, to the extent they'll ignore calls, keep you on hold for 25mins... and then just not turn up. Don't give them the chance to waste your time.

Booked a taxi well in advance to drive 4 family members to my daughter's wedding, a 12 km trip, as a shuttle bus was provided for the return trip. The party of 4 included the guitarist who was to play for the guests whilst awaiting the bride's arrival. The taxi did not arrive & the taxi company phone number was constantly unavailable. They had to drive themselves there & only just got there before the bride & were too late to play any music. This meant having to leave a car at the venue overnight & getting a lift next day to collect it. So disappointing. I would never recommend this company. I have heard nothing but bad reviews & wonder why they bother to keep operating. Trying to call them today to make an official complaint, but again, no way to get through on their phone.

I rarely leave reviews but this is needed. I booked a cab at 8am and was told it was locked in. No mention of a wait. It's now 9:30am and we're STILL waiting on the side of the road. Multiple follow up calls to the surly booking people achieved nothing. This cab company has no tracking, unable to contact the cab directly, unable to give us an estimated pickup time. If you need to get somewhere reliably DO NOT RISK THIS CAB COMPANY!

Taxis were booked 3 days in advance for a wedding party, that was a positive experience.
But they never showed! After 30 minutes of waiting and them not knowing where the taxi was,
the bride and a family member had to drive guests to reception venue.
They eventually called to say they would be late, we were already at venue by then.

Worst service I have ever had. Would recommend people drink drive. This company will never get you home.
