Pool was clean and nice, that's about it! Lucky I bought disinfectant wipes and did a complete wipe over as everything was black and dirty! It's pet friendly, but they do NOT do a clean after every visitor they just do the beds up to look new. Was smelly in reception, shower was dirty and had mould. Floors were dirty i couldn't walk barefoot. For the price you pay, not worth the risk of bed bugs. Very disappointing, I would've preferred to stay at an IBIS hotel

Do not stay at this place, upon arrival the lady that greeted me was lovely and that's where it ended. On booking.com I had ordered what I thought was a superior king suit. Only to find it was a run down very unhygienic room. The smell upon opening the door made me sick. I wish photos could be added here to show just what you are paying for . There was bird poop in several different spots in the room including the bed head. Dead cockroches on the floor. The mold issue in the shower was the biggest issue for me as I have severe asthma. And the sheets and bedding still gives me the shivers 🤮.
This place also offers breakfast but after the state of the rooms there was no way I was eating here.
The one star rating is purely for the lovely lady on the front desk.

When I first came,the motel looked old and i was skeptical,the reception was dirty and the smell of old things, the staff (a lady) was really nice since we came at around 10pm,she gave us a room upstairs,and I am going to be honest, everything looked old and haunted especially the stairs but the room was perfectly fine,had a nice bathroom,the shower was just a little dirty,I think it had mold in it? I don’t know,the room was spacious,beds were comfy,they definitely renovated the rooms I would recommend this motel great for the price

This place is an absolute dump! We booked this place last minute just after New Years and sadly didn't have time to read the reviews. I booked through Wotif and they have since deleted my booking on Wotif so I can't place a review through Wotif. Balcony door didn't lock, air con was full of black mould and we had to swelter through the night with no air con because we weren't game enough to run it, bathroom tiles that weren't covered in vinyl or laminate sheets were black with mould. Towels weren't really towels and didn't dry you at all and two we received were disposable towels. Bottom sheet on the bed barely covered the mattress and I woke up to my husband sleeping on the mattress protector underneath because he didn't realise the bottom sheet wasn't tucked in. The whole place seemed to be overflowing with families and were woken at 1.40am with the neighbours carrying on for a few hours. To top it off we were charged over $300 a night for this dump.

Terrible! Do not recommend! The smell in the room was making me sick! I couldn’t stay there! Rooms was fine looking till the bathroom. It was dirty n moody and the air con was not working correctly

this place is absolutely disgusting and don’t know how it’s not shut down, checked in and looked around the room, said we would have a king bed was definitely not a king, there was mould all through the bathroom, I really wish I read the reviews first cause none of them are good, I don’t recommend anyone to go to this Bali prison ,also tv on the wall should be a gift when you check out

Avoid this terrible place at all costs .
I stayed here a while ago with some mates & almost couldn’t breathe from the dust mites & lack of cleanliness .
The person at reception told us we were so lucky to score the last vacant room . Half an hour later I heard the same line being reused upon yet another weary traveller .
Place should be stripped and refurbished or simply demolished. Never again

This is like being in the Bates hotel from the movie Phsyco.|Someone needs to find a big grader and bowl this place to the ground! |Disgusting ! The pics are so misleading it’s almost funny! The pool would be perfect if you were a frog or a duck! |RUN A MILE DO NOT STAY HERE!
