I stayed here in a family room. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean. Fresh milk was a lovely surprise. Very comfortable stay with excellent water pressure in the shower, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. It is located on the Pacific Highway and whilst we could hear traffic noise it was not bothersome, and earplugs were provided. |There were large bedside tables with power points and bedside light switches.

This place is amazing! The room was exceptionally clean and very modern. The bathroom was spacious and we loved the shower! The beds were so comfortable and we slept well for the night. On site free parking is ideal. The free laundry service is an amazing bonus for any accommodation and we made use of it as we are travelling along the coast, town hopping! The receptionist/manager was very kind and helpful. Overall, an amazing stay at the CBD Motor Inn.

Well appointed, recently renovated motel. A bit of road no8se overnight but close to pubs and clubs and other shops. Good parking (2.2m height for some). The bed was comfortable and the room was quite large. Breakfast was available but we didn't have it. Recommended.

This is the former Town Lodge Motel for those of us old enough to remember. Rooms have been updated are a generous size, staff were friendly, good breakfast and convenient location to the Ex-Services Club, pubs and shops. And surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the highway. Can't be it for a short stay.

No parking available at night . They let you park at the back alleyway which is very dark and parking was very tight suitable only for a small car. I wish they tell you this when you book but they dont. Do not book this motel , manager was very rude . Charged me $190 dollars a night and was not even apologetic that they could not provide a carpark . All he said when i decided not to stay and find another place somewhere else safer to park my car was - you better return the key or else you will be charged another $200 dollars. He wanted to charge me and return the key that same night even when check out was at 11 am the next day. No customer service at all. All they cared about was getting the $$$.

The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. There are plenty of amenities in the bathroom, and tea and coffee facilities. The bed is comfy and the linen is soft.
Even though this motel is situated on a major highway, noise is not really an issue.
There is a fabulous Chinese Restaurant across the road which is highly recommended.

Very friendly check in, excellent well furnished room and 11am checkout was a bonus. Also, close proximity to the RSL||I’ve stayed many times at Bentleigh Motor Inn but Chis, the man on the front desk was so abusive when I asked for a room down the back. He said if you don’t like the traffic noise, go somewhere else! He told me he was canceling my booking whether I liked it or not! So I rang CBD Motor Inn and a very friendly Jason got me a room down the back and I was very happy. This motel is the one for me for future visits to Coffs.

Had a fantastic stay before Easter this year with my mum and brother. We each had a Queen room on the ground floor. The team promptly answered my queries, were accommodating to our needs and made extending our stay a breeze. The cleaning crew were also lovely to chat with and do a great job with the daily house keeping.
Beds were comfortable with various subscriptions programmed on the TV (provided you are a subscriber to Netflix, Stan, etc). Insect spray was provided which is rare and appreciated to keep the mosquitoes away. Love the Norco branded mini milk bottles, and complimentary biscuits that are provided. Best shower gel, shampoo and conditioner I've used in a motel (Ink & Water). Plenty of parking, however under cover is limited and we wish there was a sink at the coffee making area rather than use the bathroom sink as there isn't much space but other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would revisit again in future. Recommended!
