Very happy with our stay. Close to main street. Friendly, helpful and welcoming reception. Small double room, obviously recently renovated, ticks all the boxes for a comfortable room, better than many larger accommodations. Freshly painted, efficient use of space and storage, very comfortable beds, bright ceiling light and adjustable lights of the beds, modern bathroom, and – electric jug fits under the tap (rarely found even in the best of hotels!). And - well placed, easily accessible double power points for recharging. What more can you ask for.

We stayed at this delightful little motel whilst travelling from Qld to ACT. The owner was very polite and friendly on arrival. The room was quite small but immaculately clean. Toaster and microwave in room, as well as fridge and TV. Within easy walking distance of the local shopping centre.
Comfortable bed for our weary heads!
Would highly suggest this little motel if you’re passing through and needing accommodation!

Have stayed multiple times as motel is close to main street and fast food places. Has off street parking in front of room. Comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure and cold air conditioner.

I pointed out the booking agents were quoting $117. No offer to price match.||Overall, not value for money and we’ll look elsewhere when next in town.

We visit Glen Innes 3 or 4 times a year staying for several nights each time. On this visit we stayed at the Amber Motel in Meade Street. The new owner has his experienced parents managing Amber and what a lovely three days we had. ||*Our hosts were friendly and helpful.||*The bed and mattress were very comfortable.||*Cleanliness was outstanding; no dust lurking around the bed; and the mattress protector, comforter, and blankets were freshly washed.||*Low noise levels enabled good sleep: no highway noise; quiet air conditioner and quiet fridge.||*Fresh smelling room: no drain stink requiring coverup air deodoriser.||*Its a very central to everything motel.||- Something to watch for - our twin room had a queen and a single bed. The room was well laid out but would be too small for 3 people and we didn't inspect any other rooms.||We look forward to staying at Amber on our next visit in a few months time.
