Excellent customer service. Top company to deal with. I contacted CaterQuip and Michael went all out of the way to repair our broken microwave within days as the part needed to be brought from interstate. Highly recommend their services.

I called because I shredded the chord on my carpet cleaner by accidentally sucking the chord into the water catcher. Despite this not being the normal kind of job they do they repaired it for me on the same day! Instead of suggesting a full cable replacement which would cost more, they simply added a cable protector to it and I can now use the machine again. A very honest group who won’t try to rip you off. Thank you guys!

Can't recommend these guys enough. Friendly, efficient, and very very reasonable rates for the services they do. We have had quite a few issues with our kitchen equipment in the restaurant that I own, and Michael has always shown up and fixed the problems straight away. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

The Team at CaterQuip have saved our catering company on numerous occasions at events and in our kitchens. Not only did the team have great knowledge of the equipment but they were straight up front to the point with a no bs approach and got us back up and running in no time. I cannot recommend CaterQuip Maintenance high enough.

We have been getting excellent service from CaterQuip for more than 3 years, never let us down. One very important thing I would like to point out is everyone works at CaterQuip keeps you in the loop. Unlike most tradies these days, they never reply to your messages / calls, never notify you when they are not going to show up at the appointment etc.

Michael and Les look after my 3 restaurants and have found them to be very professional and responsive. Yesterday, I had an issue with a fryer, they were there within the hour to fix. The best part about them is that they keep you in the loop and give you alternatives
