Don't ever buy anything from this place. When something breaks down they refuse to help you and are also very rude about it. The worst customer service i have ever experienced.
I had to lodge a complaint to Fair Trading and only then did i get the outcome i wanted. I even told them i was going to Fair Trading and their response was "why would you go there?" attempting to bully me. Absolutely appalled!!!

Just a terrible experience. Took days to call me back for a simple quote - 1 item! When I do finally get a formal quote by email they take my money then say it will be $1,000 Extra! They then quickly change their website to the more expensive price. The only good thing I could say is I got my refund but still, just a really poor experience!

Utterly AWFUL. No customer service. No good will. Put through 2 silver coloured scoops in the dishwasher and they turned black. I wanted a refund or exchange. There were no washing instructions to say ypu couldn't put them in the dishwasher. Apparently I was supposed to know that! I SPENT $140 in the shop and they wouldn't do anything because they'd " be out of pocket" themselves. I will never shop here again, nor recommend them, never in my life have I had such lack of service. Its not like they're a small outfit!!!. BTW I wanted to give them a big fat ZERO!!@

So dodgy. Went there to enquire about a product which I was planning to buy from their website. The very next day I had a look at same item on website and noticed they jacked the price up much higher. Advice is be ready to buy straight away because if the owner gets a whiff of what you’re interested in, he’ll try and rip you off, glad I didn’t give my money to these thieves.

If visiting on Saturday make sure you schedule your visit early in the day. If you pop in for a quick purchase 15 minutes before closing time the staff will be unhappy about it and will make sure you know it. I still like the range of products in the store though.

Great location on the high way and open 6 days a week. Staff are helpful and store is clean and well laid out.

Prices are high here, so I don't Shop as often as I could and only come here if need the convenience.
