This is a terrible place to work. There was no respect for the chefs. I worked at this company for 7 months and gave a one-month notice when I left. I worked very hard during my time there. After leaving, I requested a reference letter via email four times, but they have been ignoring my emails. I mentioned that my visa is expiring soon, but they still haven't responded.

Do not touch Steve Sidd with a barge pole. Losing venues at the rate of knots due to financial mismanagement and poor quality food. Sacking staff including apprentices after claiming Government subsidies. Do not deal with Catering HQ he is a fraud

Paid good money for Christmas lunch at Cronulla RSL…to be catered for by the “Gordon Ramsay” of Australia. What a piss poor performance. The previous years caterers were much much better and with a lot more people to serve. Definitely not booking here for next year. Don’t compare yourself to a legend when you don’t stack up…

Worst event planners there is in Sydney. Have run 10 events in 3 years with different people and they are the worst from day one they ask a lot of questions and request a lot but can not even provide simple welcome platters, drinks on the table, coffee service or even a hot main. Every main served was cold the guest said. And the thing that topped it off for us was; they only put plates if people were sitting down. Shout out goes to Terri who organised it (was not a help at all) and then to her manager/boss Steve Sid. I tried calling him to talk about it, and he blamed us for asking for a meet and greet (which we didn’t) and putting something on the table, and then he would not even want to talk about it but just hung up on me and told me if I want a refund or any money at all back, to call fair work commission (it like he has done this before). They also make you pay full payment before the event then once money goes through they stop answering or replying to calls and emails.

worst catering event i ever dealt with. Everything is about money to them. Jessica is not professional. Made mistakes and always demand payments when the event was cancelled due to the govt's announcement. how was it our fault for not able to carry on with the event. if u ever want to hold functions, don't ever hold thru this company. no customer service. to them, everything has to payment first.
