Fantastic service - caring and responsive. Went in with a case of shingles and they did everything to diagnose and help me. Had to go a couple of times and was very grateful for the service. Was able to wait in a hospital bed and doctors there I saw Dr Louise and Dr Mark were exceptional. Nursing great also.

Very disappointed I came here in the morning for a cut finger that was clearly bent and couldn't move. I was told by a senior nurse "oh that's just a cut" and she walks off. All that was treated with was some bandages nothing more.
2 months later the finger is still bent and I need a operation because the tendon was CUT through. But no the nurse said it was just a cut. Will never return here.

Found the nursing staff, Danica in particular, to be quite helpful, compassionate and informative. Dr Neha Choudhary had a good bedside manner. Well looked after. Enjoyed the morning tea and lunch provided too.

What an incredible team. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of care I received.
Nurses were amazing and the students were a credit to them.
I experienced genuine, holistic care which was only possible due to the attention these nurses gave to me as a patient.
Hospitality staff were so warm and pleasant, the cleaning staff were extremely considerate.
I cannot thank you all enough, my recovery was much speedier thanks to your efforts.

I recently was a day patient for elective surgery.

All staff, nurses in particular could not have been more friendly and professional. Patient with my questions and happy to explain any detail of concern. As my first time having surgery it was a nervous experience however the staff made me feel comfortable and it was a wonderful experience overall.

Despite the pressure on all staff due to Covid etc. they provided outstanding service and care.

Tried phoning Urgent care Centre. It claims to be open 24 hrs. Maybe I dont know other ways of contacting them? I'm not on deaths door but have a painful night ahead of me. Tried phone contact number, only available between 8.30am to 5 pm. What happened to 24 hrs?
