Recent renovations have enhanced the shopping experience, introducing a modern food court and improved connectivity to the Sydney Metro, facilitating convenient access for visitors. The centre also boasts a cinema complex and various dining options, making it a comprehensive destination for entertainment and leisure. 

However, some patrons have reported challenges, particularly concerning mobile reception within the centre. Issues with Telstra data reception have been noted, affecting communication and connectivity for shoppers. 

Parking is ample, with a multi-level car park offering three hours of free parking, accommodating the high volume of visitors. Despite some areas still awaiting redevelopment, Castle Towers remains a central hub for the local community, providing a comprehensive shopping and entertainment experience. 

In summary, Castle Towers Shopping Centre combines a broad selection of retail and dining options with modern amenities, though improvements in mobile connectivity and ongoing refurbishments could further enhance the visitor experience.

From Apple, platypus, Godiva, Coles you can get all daily stuffs you want.

Was great. People were friendly. Oporto was great. Maccas maybe avoid that ewwwe. The car park any longer than 3 hours. Even 10 minutes over is gonna cost you 8 dollars

Great shopping centre with excellent facilities. The parents room is breastfeeding friendly and well equipped (and clean)! Love to see it.

Huge shopping centre with something for everyone. We love the restaurants here. They have Coles, Aldi, Kmart and Target.

Accessible by metro or buses, and also connected to another smaller shopping centre.

The shopping centre is truly a pleasure to visit. Very clean bright light great architecture, recently renovated.

Huge range of shops and not overly crowded Monday to Friday.

It has 2 playgrounds on level 3.

Plenty of parking at each end of the shopping centre so you can park next to the shops you want to visit if you're in a hurry.

Only downside is that it is far too busy on the weekends.

The Piazza is our favourite, an outdoor dining area with a great variety of restaurants.

The shopping center is decent, but nothing extraordinary. It has a good variety of stores to cover most basic needs, but there’s nothing particularly unique or exciting about it. The layout can be a bit confusing, and the decor feels a little dated. Parking is manageable but could be better organized during busy times. On the plus side, the food court offers a fair selection of options, and the place is generally clean. It’s not a bad spot, but it’s not a standout either – just a solid, average experience

This place over the past years went from retro to an elegant place to shop, there's not much I can talk about this place because it does everything a shopping centre should do perfectly, it's clean, you feel safe with adequate security and plenty of parking.
