My husband and I have just returned from South Africa on a trip with Casino Travel Shop . Tony escorted 14 of us for 3 weeks and looked after us like his little lambs .
Accomodation, food , excursions, safaris and the list goes on was 10 out of 10 plus !
If you are considering travel I can highly recommend Casino Travel Shop , you will not be disappointed !!!!!

I can’t fault Sam, she did a good job arranging our holiday, BUT do NOT buy a package from ANZCRO. Will never recommend and use again. Holiday to NZ full of issues and mistakes at our cost, but not our doing. When complaining about it to them it’s like our fault they ( ANZCRO) stuffed up.

Very unhelpful. In fact the worst booking experience ever. Very disappointed, at the absolute lack of customer care. A real example of why you should just book flights yourself and take control instead of giving it up to those who don't care. Beware - Do not use this agency. I'm a very experienced international traveller and never use an agency, and this experience has shown me why I never will again.

Absolute worst experience with a travel agent, because as soon as payment is made you're virtually on your own. And to make matters worse, after payment of the tickets the agent has ownership of the tickets, not the purchaser........so you are not authorised to make any changes yourself. You are trapped. Not once did we receive help with seating apart from being informed the airline would seat us together, which was not the case in reality.
Then to be told that after paying nearly 14K, the tickets are cheap business class, with no explanation of any conditions attached and therefore no ongoing help from Casino Travel. Better to keep control and do your own booking via the internet without paying their fees for service (which doesn't exist).
Would absolutely not recommend, save angst and disappointment and keep control by doing yourself.

Great business, which supports the people of the Northern Rivers and Fabulous team - as well as other locations. I have referred many friends who have been exceptionally happy with the service received when booking tickets, tours or undertaking tours. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
