We stopped on our way through for lunch. We had the Burger and it was excellent. The patty cooked to perfection, the salad fresh and crispy. The pizza was delicious too, crunchy base and great toppings. The publican was very friendly. We really enjoyed our brake in this lovely country pub.

Was looking forward to a warm, inviting, true country pub but left feeling disappointed.
Not many food options and overpriced. We were expecting to have traditional pub food options (snittys, chips, pies). The pizzas we had were edible, though lacked toppings and flavour.
One would expect friendly and welcoming customer service but felt more like we were intruding. We love camping close by. A shame we won't be going to the local for a feed next time.
