We had a terrible experience visiting this place. Although the atmosphere is exceptional, I'm giving you 1 star ⭐️ solely because of the abysmal service we received.

One of the young female staff members made things worse. Since we ordered at the counter, she struggled multiple times to understand what we said, despite us speaking clearly (yes, we're Asian, but our English was clear at the time). The customer behind us even got frustrated and asked her why she couldn't understand! !
Things escalated when she served us food, and I politely asked if she'd forgotten our coffees. She responded with an attitude, making an upset face and saying, "I only have two hands!" 😳 We were stunned. I was simply wondering if our coffees had been overlooked, as all the food (which took a while to arrive) had been served, and my friend's coffees had already arrived and been finished.
This staff member displayed a terrible attitude and complete lack of customer service skills. I think the owner should be made aware of this to improve staff behavior and customer treatment. No personal emotions or drama intended.

Love it. Tricky to get to, as it was our first time there, after google maps first took us to an alternate universe. Once you do get there, it is a short walk from the carpark. Directions are well signed, so you won't get lost, unless if you google mapped it. Very reasonable prices. The carriage is air-conned - a relief to walk into, on a hot day. We're coming back. Oh, the food is good😊

Very special feeling when dinning in a train carriage more than 100 years old. Food is also good, nice breakfast combination.

You have to walk for around 3/5 minutes after parking, to be amazed to see the carriage setup in the wilderness. We sat inside the carriage, they have cooling inside to save you from scorching heat. There is accessible ramp and stairs both for convenience. Interestingly they have horse parking! There is a goat which is great for kids. We have seen some people with dogs, and I must mention, they are one of the most responsible dog owners I have come across in recent times in Melbourne.
Now the food is great, as simple is that. From cheesecake to eggs, coffee to milkshakes. Everything was on point. We tried salmon and vegetarian options, salmon was not too salty like other places, bread tasted like homemade ones.
We enjoyed every bit of the place/ food. Highly recommend.
