This is our second stay at Caroline Apartments, this time in a studio with large courtyard. Great bed and kitchenette area. The bathroom is very functional ( the fan was not working which created a bit of a steam problem), but the shower was fantastic. After a long wet day at the golf open it was bliss. The location cannot be beaten with vibrant Church street just metres away. All your eating and shopping needs are covered within walking distance. On site parking made the stay very convenient for us.

Thanks to the lovely cleaners, this accomodation is absolutely spotless, its like walking in a brand new apartment. The location is perfect and concierge extemely helpful and friendly. I would suggest asking for a room away from the 5g tower. The views (and radiation) from my room wasn't pleasant.

The department room is very big and clean，quiet at night. The water from it's bath shower is comfortable，shampoo and gel smell nice. Big bed and sweet sleep. Their people are polite and willing for help. There are also enoigh kitchen facilities. To tell in all，despite it's a bit higher price，a good place for staying.

The hotel is well placed in what used to be called Middle Brighton but is now just Brighton. The room was quite nicely set up but this was the end of the good features. We found out that our room was only about 20 metres from the Sandringham train line which blew its whistle on arriving and leaving the local station. This hotel is not recommended for those who prefer to sleep between 12.30am and 5.0am. So, having an almost sleepless night we did not appreciate the evacuation alarm which went off at 7.0am and sounded for 30 minutes with no advice of what the proceedings were and a reception that refused to answer its phones despite what could have been an emergency.|Give this place a wide berth

I was very happy with the studio apartments I stayed in recently, on two separate visits to Brighton. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the house-keeping people were happy and approachable with any questions. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and I was able to request different, lower pillows and have them provided straight away. The noise from the trains luckily did not interfere with my sleep. I am happy to recommend this establishment.

I did not realise the consequence of booking this accomodation so close to a train line. Trains sound their horns with each departure meaning that a good nights sleep has been impossible. The location 'looks good' (with access to Church Street) but it comes with a cost.

My partner and I had a wonderful time! Lovely staff, and very clear check-in instructions (we arrived outside of reception hours). Great location, very close to shops and not a far walk from the beach. We loved the room itself - the layout was great and the room was very clean and comfy. We especially loved the smart tv in the lounge area, as we could access our own streaming services! We’ve stayed in a few different hotels and have never had this before - so so great! Some other reviews mentioned the sounds from the train, and I’m a light sleeper so I was anxious about this, but this wasn’t an issue for us. Could have been the positioning of our room, but we didn’t really hear the trains too much.

Our only nitpicks:
- There could have been more tableware, we couldn't locate a bowl in the cupboards (but we also didn't ask for one at reception, which we probably should have done)
- Instead of one solid king bed, our bed was two twin beds pushed together. This was slightly uncomfortable, but again we did not contact reception to see if this could be changed.

All in all, we loved our stay and look forward to returning!

We stayed for the AUS GP with friends over the course of the whole weekend, and were surprised at the great value! The rooms were much bigger than I expected! The mattresses were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything you could want? The TV's were a great size too AND there was a second one in the bedroom!? Honestly, super keen to stay there again next year. Additionally, the communication was quick and friendly, the cleaners were delightful when we walked past them in the corridors and said hi and asked if we needed anything. Just so unexpectedly great in every way! Zoe at the front desk served me when there was a last minute booking change and she was lovely and helpful.
