Absolute nightmare of a place. In September 2024 we were booked in for 2 nights stay in March 2025. We only stayed the first night & then we left. On the first night we contacted the person in charge and told them we were running late. They clearly understood what we were saying and confirmed it back to us. When we arrived at the motel we contacted the person in charge again and they told us that they sent codes to my mobile to get into the room. That was a lie as the room door was key operated and not by code & it was already unlocked and the key to the room was inside on the TV table. But as soon a I opened the door to the room I was met with an almighty disgusting smell. We found that the carpet had been washed and was still wet all over. The bathroom was not even cleaned and had slippery floors, the shower had white cream/powder around every tile, the bathroom window was left open with a piece of wood holding it in place & there was no fly screen on the window, the shower door is put on the wrong way which makes it nearly impossible to get into the shower and there was mold. The air conditioner had a fork or spoon in-bedded between the top of it and the frame holding it in, go figure! We had to leave the air conditioner on all night just to breathe as the smell from the carpet was unbearable & caused our asthma to flair up. To make a cuppa you had to use the tap in the bathroom for water. We did not use the kettle, microwave or anything else in the room. The curtains were filthy and I removed my dooner from the bed as it was not washed and still had stains on it. The only good thing about the room was that there were clean sheets & pillowcases. But everything else was outdated, unkempt and filthy. I recommend for anyone thinking of staying here.....to run. Unless you like to be staying in squalid conditions! And don't try and speak to management because they don't want to know. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to be able to put this review in. Or else I would have given no stars.

My last review has been deleted unfortunately. It referenced drug deals, hysterical hyperchondriac women, caufield police, breaking and entering and a warning to keep your children away. But still a fun place!

This place has to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Yes close to amenities!|But disgustingly dirty! It looks like nothing has been done here for 50 years. Carpet falling apart, kitchen unusable. |The stench we we were staying there was almost unbearable.|Extremely run down. Forget the pool…. Swim in the sewer!|Noise from obviously permanent residents all night.

Very dirty, run down and unsafe feeling. Dead bugs in the bathroom, blankets had stains, police arrived as checking out. Wouldn’t recommend.

No WiFi- only free to air channels available. I wasn't entirely sure that the sheets were fresh, there was no room service and lots of traffic noise.

The 3 stars I've given, are only for the elderly gentleman who showed me the room. He was polite and helpful and obviously embarrassed at the omission of any WiFi ("Really? There's supposed to be!")

Skip this motel.

The staff was absolutely lovely and ready to help but the stay was absolutely ridiculous. My partner and I stayed for one night and it was possibly one of the worst places I’ve stayed, I don’t believe the bathroom had been cleaned at all there was mould on the walls and the shower curtain definitely hadn’t been changed as it had that much mould on it that it was fluffy and black on the inside. There was no water pressure in the shower at all and no hot water and unfortunately we ended up with bed bugs coming home with us. Although it is cheap it’s definitely not worth the money

Very disappointing. Perhaps the worst motel I've ever stayed at. Shabby, smelly, bathroom had two holes punched in the wall and door, plastered in but not painted. I felt rather unsafe but actually no events. Room not serviced despite"please clean my room" sign out. Day two staff came to service i.e. change towels and replenish milk, did not clean crockery or vacuum, (perhaps that is why it smells) and made bed only after asking. I didn't expect 5 star but this property needs a major overhaul. Don't stay here!

0 stars, absolutely disgusting motel, cockroaches, bed bugs, mouldy, broken windows, smelly, poorly cleaned, 1 cup 1 plate for 2 bedroom apartment. Poor older gentleman was very apologetic about it all. Avoid at all costs!!! We stayed 1 night to be closer to unwell aunty but decided the 30 minute drive to Quest Cheltenham was 100% worth it.
