We had Carly May cater for our Christmas and boy did she deliver!! It was the first year we hadn’t had a home cooked feast, so I was a little apprehensive, but it genuinely felt like we were dining at a 5 star restaurant … but for a fraction of the cost. We had the option to supply our own dishes, which we did and she presented them so beautifully. All we had to do was take the cling wrap off and lunch was served! Carly’s pricing was so reasonable for the volume and quality too. There is no world we aren’t using Carly for next year (and any other event we have throughout the year)! Thank you for making Christmas so special, Carly!

Carly May catered our NYE on a boat on the harbour and our guests are still raving about the food! The canapés started the night perfectly and there was more than enough for dinner to keep everyone satisfied. We wrapped up with dessert and Carly’s outstanding pies. Carly’s food is always standout!

We used Carly’s catering service for a family member’s 70th birthday party and could not recommend her more highly. We're super picky about our food, and for the first time, every guest raved about the amazing spread, quite literally.

We ordered the ham, couscous salad, satay chicken, san choy bow, frittata, potatoes, meatballs, Greek salad, to name a few. Every dish was incredible, but if I had to pick a favourite, it would probably be the ham (still thinking about it, tbh), followed closely by the san choy bow (which isn’t easy to get right, perfect amount of lemongrass!).

As a bonus, the food was dropped on gorgeous plates (as opposed to ugly aluminium platters), emphasising the home cooked aspect and was just so much nicer to serve from.

Also, Carly is absolutely gorgeous and made the entire process so easy and 100% stress free. 10/10 recommend.

Carly, you truly have such a talent! Thank you for providing us with the most beautiful, colourful, healthy spread for our boat outing to celebrate our hen! We had a group of 86 parents for a trivia night at Balgowlah Heights Bowling Club last night! Everyone raved about Carly’s food options - from the slow cooked lamb, herb lemon chicken, Greek salad, sweet potato chips, chips, veggie halloumi/broccolini/brussels sprouts to the orange poppyseed & choc brownie dessert slices, everything was delicious and everyone was catered for… We had a few Coeliacs, gluten free and vegetarians - all were happy! Plus there were plenty of leftovers. Highly recommend!!
