We had a wonderful two night stay at Carinya. The accommodation was in a beautiful location with spectacular views over the hinterland yet very close to town (less than 10 minute drive). The rooms were spacious and comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The welcome surprise of gin and tonic drinks and some nibbles was wonderful. They provided some lovely recommendations of where to eat and things to do. We regret not staying longer. Highly recommend Carinya!

We had a wonderful stay at Carinya Cottages.
The cottages are beautifully designed, located and fitted out. They are surrounded by lovely native gardens that enhance the sense of peace.
We loved sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and the native birds and watching the beautiful evening shadows fall over the rolling hills. Heaven !

I booked 4 villas at Carinya for a retreat I ran and they completely exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly organised, professional and friendly in the lead up, and super easy to get in contact with during our stay. All of our guests felt comfortable and absolutely loved their time. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Carinya Byron bay. Loved hearing the rainforest birds in the mornings. I would recommend to get the rugs taped to the floor as some were sticking out and posed a trip hazard.

Carinya villas are well designed and extremely comfortable. Lovely, large private deck with great views and plenty of bird life. Situated 10 minutes from central Byron and 5 minutes to Bangalow Carinya is well located to explore the area. Well stocked kitchen with full oven, Webber BBQ, beach towels, tote and drink bottle to take home, super comfy beds and quality linen. We stayed 12 nights and didn’t want to leave. Half way through our stay the villa was fully cleaned and serviced with new linen and fresh towels. A tour of the farm was an added bonus. Highly recommend this delightful accommodation and location

We had a beautiful stay in the accessible villa at Carinya. The owners have done a fantastic job of making the place feel homey and provide everything needed. The communication was completely personalised and leading up (having a child with a disability) the communication was excellent to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. The service was above expectation.
There is great cooking facilities and even if you don't feel like cooking it was such a short drive into Byron.
Rooms were comfortable, facilities were great and the location is spectacular. Overall and beautiful stay.

We absolutely loved our first stay at Carinya
& cannot wait to return. Our daughters were very lucky to be taken on a farm tour and meet the cows & dogs. The accommodation is beautiful, clean & has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The views & sunsets are stunning. We highly recommend Carinya for a quiet getaway or long stay.

My recent stay at Carinya Byron Bay was wonderfully relaxing, it has great wheelchair access and disabled facilities. The photos on the website is exactly what it looks like. I loved being woken up in the morning by the wonderful sounds of the birds, this place is truly spectacular and I would recommend it to anyone, I did have a few issues, nothing that couldn't be sorted but any problems that can't be solved will be taken care of by sending a text to the caretakers. What a wonderfully relaxing week I had!
