I am very happy with the services provided by Careers Migration Group. My 186 ENS visa was granted in less than a month, which is truly impressive. The support from the team was very good, and they provided all the details of documents required for the application process.
However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The team was a bit slow in reviewing the documents. Additionally, the process of filling out forms was somewhat confusing, and it seemed like they were not always sure about the specific details required. In the end, it was up to us to complete several forms, even though we provided with the necessary documents.
Overall, I appreciate the support and the successful outcome, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and clarity.

My experience with Careers International Group was extremely disappointing and frustrating. My family and I paid for a one-hour appointment expecting to receive crucial information about the visa renewal process. However, the information provided during the appointment was vague and crucial details were hidden or not adequately explained.
The problems didn't end there. The communication through email and phone was abysmal. They rarely responded to emails, and when they did, the responses were unhelpful and delayed. Despite promising to return calls, they never followed through. This lack of communication and professionalism made the entire experience a nightmare.
As a PhD candidate from a prestigious university in Sydney, I expected a certain level of competence and efficiency when dealing with visa matters. Unfortunately, Careers International Group failed miserably in delivering even basic customer service. It was a complete waste of money, and I strongly advise against using their services. There are far better visa agencies in Sydney that actually value their clients and provide reliable support.
