My 97yo Father was having in-home respite and showering help from this company. From the beginning it was a mess. I rang and was spoken rudely to, then carers arrived without prior notice. Some of the staff were lovely. However, my poor Father fell in the shower, resulting in two fractures. If the carer had been close enough to him, this would not have happened. Dad is a WW2 veteran, to see him in his present state in hospital is heartbreaking. Not 'Caretime' rather 'Nocare'.

My 98 year old veteran dad has Raphael come to clean windows, screens etc. here on the Sunshine Coast. We are very happy with the excellent job Raphael does,plus he is genuinely interested in conversing with the client, and has a friendly respectful manner.

Nice person came to clean windows, air cons and ceiling fan. But it stops there. Window cleaning very ordinary. Some parts streaky, and corners missed. All he had was rags to clean.(one left behind)
Ceiling fan still had fluff on blades. Air cons not done at all as “they did not need doing”.
Did not clean louvers in main bedroom. Did not replace furniture moved. Did not put blinds back in position. Left hose lying in yard (trip hazard).
Too busy listening to ear phones than concentrating on job in hand.
Not surprisingly only took 4 hours instead of the 6 allocated. Seemed In a bit of a hurry to get away.
DVA to be advised.

Absolutely appalling. It took 2 weeks, and 3 phone calls of me chasing them up to boom a cleaner, when I was told I would be contacted. They then apparently lost my number. Finally booked a cleaner for a designated time and booking was rescheduled without me knowing so she turned up 2 hrs early when noone was home. Management and admin are rude and constantly lay blame on others rather than taking responsibility. Cleaner then turned up with no cleaning products and none of that was discussed with me prior that I had to provide everything so I didn't have much here. Returned after 2 hrs in disgust. The benches weren't even wiped down! Not even a general tidy, there were still toilet rolls on the floor. I could do a better job and I am hopeless at cleaning. Definitely do not recommend.

Very unreliable service. Would not recommend them. Carers often do not turn up and do not stay for the allocated time. Reception uncaring regarding issues with service. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
