What an absolute gem Capricorn Distilling is!! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by warm and friendly staff. Joe talked us through the menu and then made us the best dark and stormys I have ever had. After which Carla gave us a tour of the distillery which my wife an I both thoroughly enjoyed, getting a behind the scenes view of the manufacturing and history of Capricorn Distilling. We grabbed a couple of bottles to enjoy at home but what we are really looking forward to is our next visit. Cheers

This place was amazing, we got the chance to learn more about the distilling and flavouring process. Top notch gin and rum, everything tasted amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great spot for a relaxing afternoon.

Ended up going to Capricorn instead of another one due to closure and I was so happy we went here. Friday about 230ish was quiet so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The cocktails were good and the cheese platter was amazing! Great selection! We also bought a 4 pack of the rum & soda with Lime & Ginger so we can't wait to try it! They've only been there for 6 months so get there and try them!

Seriously nice gin and rum and super friendly hosts. We arrived a bit early but that was no problem and we were made to feel extremely welcome. Definitely worth a visit, taste, tour and purchase - highly recommended!

We recently hired out Capricorn Distillery as a venue for my husband's 40th Birthday party and I could not recommend this place highly enough. Carla and Simon were so accommodating to all our needs and were lovely to our guests all evening. Atmosphere, cocktails and the delicious cheeseboards were amazing. All of our friends commented on what a fun venue it was. Thankyou to all the staff for making an unforgettable night for all. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended checking out this hidden gem in Burleigh.
Great experience here at Capricorn Distilling , staff were brilliant and knew their stuff! Rum and gin was delicious!
Great space for a few cocktails, a distillery tour or booking the space out for a larger event.
