Stayed here from 28/05/24 through to 1/06/24. Absolutely perfect for patients & family having procedures in Ashford hospital. It is only a 10 minute walk at the most to the hospital. Room was self contained & very spacious. Bathroom has been renovated, two big rooms & the kitchen is great. Great value for money & for us the location was perfect. Will stay here again if room available.

Have stayed previously and had no issues. Very simple tidy accomodation. This time tried to book a room for one night as stated on the website, for one adult and a newborn. Got told 2 night minimum and given twin bedroom apartment with another linen charge which was unnecessary. I understand the2 night minimum because I manage an accomodation business but that is not what is advertised. When I rang to cancel as the charge was double than what is advertised and not what was requested the manager was extremely rude in correspondence and hung up on me. Fair enough. Won’t stay again, and certainly won’t recommend through my business links.

The motel 2 bedroom apartment was very clean and has all the amenities you require. Easy access to city centre or Glenelg. The hospitality and service were fantastic. Excellent price and great value for money. Would highly recommend for a night stay or several nights.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting more than a day or two in Adelaide. Its located on one of the main roads but is really quiet. I had a ground floor room (5) and could hardly hear any traffic. The bus stop is just a short walk up the street, with regular buses into the city or to the nearest shopping centre.||The decor is quite dated but it was spacious, extremely clean and very comfortable. Separate and roomy carpeted bedroom with a Queen bed and a single. Separate carpeted lounge area with leather lounges, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The laundry was right behind my room in a well lit common area - coin operated ( 4x $1) machines and a clothes line. The bathroom has a full sized bath with a shower over. A bit narrow but functional.||The only negative was the exhaust fan over the vanity was really loud. Airconditioned. ||The manager was friendly and welcoming - very old school, no computers, everything is still written out by hand.

Overall the place was a little dated and lacking some love but the rooms were clean, spacious and the service was exceptional. Reception allowed us to stay a bit past check-out time so we didn't have to hang around the airport waiting for our flight. They were accommodating to our multiple payments as I was with a group. ||Only a few minutes walk from the supermarket, and although it says that its 500m from showgrounds on the website it is about a ten minute walk (still close enough for me). ||||Kitchen was equipped with all the basic cooking needs and tea/coffee. Apartment was warm with the heat pump and lots of extra blankets were in the units for those extra chilly nights. Beds were comfy. ||||Overall will definitely stay again for the price and the location. ||||Although Capri is on the highway I didn't notice any excessive noise.

The place looks awful from outside (like a lot of the local area) but inside is clean and spacious.|It is very convenient for the local specialist hospital but it is tired and dated and on a busy highway.|The aircon does not effectively cool the bedroom as it is located in the kitchen/ bathroom area. |Australia has too many of these 1950/1960s places. They need to be demolished and redeveloped up to rest of Asia standards.

I have been using these apartments for some time time now. They are conveniently located on the Anzac Highway near the city of Adelaide. The apartments consist of one bedroom, equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area. Under cover car parking is provided under a carport.There is a TV with some Foxtel channels. If you don't wish to use the kitchen facilities close by are a Hungry Jacks and a KFC. If in the mood for something more "restaurantish" the Goodwood Park Hotel, on Goodwood Road, or the Avoca on South Road are just a short drive away and both provide extensive menus at a reasonable price. The number 4 bus stop is Literally at the Lodges gateway. [The only problem with Adelaide's bus system is you have to know the number of the bus that you need for your destination. This can be found at reception. (Warning: All buses are request so you can't just stand there)] While reception hours are 8.00 am to 1.00 pm daily there is a phone line for use to contact the owners of the units. The most appealing thing about Capri Lodge is they are comfortable, heated and/or cooled and only $100 per night. If you wish daily service it can be arranged at a reasonable cost. All in all an excellent stopover for those on a budget and wish to be close to the city of Adelaide. (There are rumours of Wi-Fi in the near future.) From my experience it would be a real plus)
