I went in to book a holiday for my family. I was treated very poorly and told several times that their services were expensive and that I may not be able to afford it. I assume this was because I was dressed daggy as I had been using paint with my class and didn't want to get it on nice clothes.

So I'd dress nicely if you don't want to be treated like rubbish. Or just go somewhere with nicer people!
