Definitely worth a visit if you have an experienced driver, as the road can be a bit rough. The view from the lighthouse is absolutely stunning, and you can hear many fascinating stories from the keeper. I hope he sees this review and knows he made our stormy day so much brighter! 🙂

We began our day exploring Bruny Island booking a tour to view this amazing lighthouse. Didn't realise how long it took to drive here from the ferry so rang ahead to let them know! They were very understanding and gave us an interesting tour! The views were spectacular too!

So much history. So much beauty. So much nature. Belinda, our tour guide, was a splendid host. Safety was ensured throughout the entire tour. Unfortunately winds were too strong so we didn’t get to walk around at the top, but it was still a wonderful experience learning about the lighthouse that was built by hand way before technological and engineering advancements. Highly recommend paying!

After a lovely lunch at Hotel Bruny we headed to this lovely lighthouse. Drove 25 mins to reach here then around 10 mins up walking to reach the top. Great view.. met a few Kangaroos on the way down too.

Absolutely amazing view up here! But it’s dirt road to the lighthouse, fairly good condition though, better to have 4WD, gotta be cautious with 2WD. Something you can’t miss when you are on the island.

Amazing experience!! The views were incredible as expected and the tour was very fun and interesting!! Learnt lots about the area and lighthouse history. Shane was a great tour guide, he answered all of our questions and was very friendly.
