On first impressions this is a very pleasant hotel. Our huge king size bed is very comfortable and the room is well appointed. Good blockout curtains for a darkened room at night and air conditioner really quiet. Just a couple of little observations worth noting.|In the shower there is mould around the bottom of the grouting which could probably be eradicated for a few dollars by a regular squirt of Exit Mould from the supermarket.|I went looking for an information folder to see what time breakfast is available but our room doesn’t have one. I turned to the telephone to ring reception but there are no list of numbers on the phone so was unable call anyone.|Apart from those little issues it’s a nice hotel.

Stayed with my daughter on the 8th March, checking out at 10am on the 9th. Shortly after leaving realised my daughter had left her AirPods in the room. Called to enquire if they were handed in which they weren’t. A few hours later my daughter checked a tracking app and they were located at the hotel address. We returned and the boy at reception said management had checked with staff and nobody had see them. The tracking app then showed they were in Doncaster (we thought perhaps a guest took them). We drove to the residential address and sure enough it was a man who pretended not to know what we were talking about until we showed him the evidence. He handed them back and when asked where he found them he said it was when making the bed.||Common sense for staff in this situation is to hand customers belongings (especially a $380 product) in at reception. Instead their staff acted illegally and stole them. ||I have emailed the hotel about the matter but have had no response.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and ended up sleeping on the floor because the mattresses were far too soft, despite specifically requesting a firm mattress when I booked back in August. At the time of booking, the hotel assured me their mattresses were firm and that my request would not be an issue. However, this was not the case, and I was incredibly disappointed.||To make matters worse, the hotel offered no compensation, required full payment upfront at check-in, and has completely ignored my follow-up emails.||I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here for two nights , from the pics on the internet looked good but when checked in dirty old needs renovations , the breakfast they charge you for pretty rubbish you better off going outside and having food , bit disappointing , bathrooms showers dirty , room size is good old carpets though the room phone is missing buttons bad presentation . ||Won’t recommend this hotel to stay |For the price they charge you can definitely find much better options .||Free parking which was good |Other than that I won’t recommend this hotel

Was my favourite eastern suburbs motel. Has dropped off recently. Comfortable room, but useless shower pressure.

looks a bit old outside, but surprisingly clean and new inside. Love the old european style design. Changed ownership recently, much better customer service. Will definitely recommend to others.

Really good for the money. I usually stay in budget places because I'm trying to save money. This is really nice compared to some of the other places I've stayed for the same money. It is a little tired, but the bathroom was recently renovated and it was clean and nice furnishings etc. My tariff included breakfast which was a buffet of cereal, toast and a few cooked things (bacon, mushrooms, sausages, eggs etc). My only negative that it is on the corner of two busy roads so there is always traffic noise. It is close to a small shopping centre, and I had dinner at a nice persian restaurant across the road so those are all positives. There was parking when I arrived but it was quite full the next morning so I'm not sure whether it would ever be difficult to park.

10 stars plus for Martin's terrific care and service.
I recently had a long drive back home (with at least 2 1/2 hours to go) after seeing my father in aged care, and I had to make a sudden decision to stop and stay overnight as I was too tired. Martin was quick to make some adjustments to accommodate me. My head hit the pillow and I was out like a light. Feeling totally refreshed the next morning, rather than going home I'd return to see my father again (in aged care), and it was one of the best days I've enjoyed with my father. I will cherish that day and I'm so grateful to you, Martin. Many good wishes to you.
