Went there with a photo of a sensor and a reading that had come up on my dash. Just wanted to get some clarification on what it was.
Went into the office and asked the lady at the desk if she could possibly give me some clarification on what this was. First thing she said are you a customer, I'm on the other side of the counter so I suppose I am. She then said are you a regular client here? I said no then we can't help you.
I explained just wanted some friendly advise, she said your not a a regular so we can't.
I said you are such a rude lady and she said yes I am.
Walked outside and saw the mechanic and excused myself and asked him, well he said didn't you just get told if your not a regular customer we won't help, as he had over heard our conversation.
Told him that's fine, wouldn't take my VW there if that was the last place in Canberra. Went to VW in Phillip and asked the same question there at the service department, they brought out one of the mechanics and explained what it was. I told him where I had been and the service I got and he said they'd had many complaints about that business.
It's a wonder their still in business with customer service like that.

Did a great job and was very cheap. I drive a 2010 R36. the cost of the day's labor in all honesty was about $125 - I couldn't believe it. He's a bit out of the way but well worth it in my view! He can give your books the official VW stamp.

Best VW service centre in Canberra. Unlike the local VW dealerships who are absolutely useless, these guys actually know what they are doing, are reasonably priced and provide quality service. Nothing is too much trouble.

I regularly got my VW serviced here but stopped as the mechanic didn't pick up on a several issues. Eg worn out tyres and wheel alignment, major transmission fault which ended up in the car breaking down on a highway.
