2 night stay in winter.
Once the air conditioner got going we were comfortable and enjoyed the unit.
The layout is simple and provides all.you basics. Can't fit more than one person into the bathroom 😆
Beds are very comfy with plenty of pillows provided, at a variety of firmness
Kitchen was no frills but we got a good meal going nonetheless.
You can hear the nearby street but only the occasional truck would be a bother - and the canine club meeting on weekends.
All in all great value for money and a great night's sleep

Enjoy staying here. Very clean and well appointed accommodation. Stayed there overnight with 2 x teenagers. Shower was very good. Definitely will book again. Very good value for money. Easy check in too.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, will definitely come back. There is only one issue with the neighbours they are too loud and annoying I have been trying to sleep for the past two hours but couldn’t because of the noise and stumping on the floor. Would be great if there is a policy about noise and respecting others at night in the future . But other than that everything is great

We stayed in The Studio and it was a nightmare for us. We are an older couple with health issues. We found the high step into the uneven floor a horror. The fact I had to bend down so low to connect the power plug in didn't help. The garbage bin was soooo small I had to ask for another bag. We had to dispose of larger items outside AWAY from the Studio ourselves. There were no outside chairs so as a smoker ( I know!) I either stood outside or sat on a concrete step. The towel rail was over the the toilet roll holder therefore either have soggy toilet paper or don't shower..not any where to hang either 2 towels or the hand towel. The list goes on........ Oh! What service?

We stayed for two weeks. Had trouble accessing our villa as key code was incorrect and we needed to wait for a staff member to come and open lock box. The two people after us in same boat and this was consistent over the two weeks! No one at reception - maybe rethink this role.
Our villa was clean and the cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. We couldn't turn on air conditioner so staff helped us. Had to keep turning off as noisy and cold. Fan not functioning at all. Double windows but nery noisy traffic.
Washing machine leaked (small) and the dryer took my coins but was not turned on which I didn't realise.
Our biggest issue was the steps, I should have asked for disabled access.
And finally, perhaps visitors could be advised there is allocated unit parking.
Would recommend for very able bodied people but not those requiring assistance. Unfortunately even though very close to amenities we will not be repeat customers.

The person I spoke to would not refund one nights accommodation, the money was taken out of my credit card before I arrived. Upon check in I told the receptionist that I was only going to be staying one night, not two, because I was racing back to the Gold Coast from Phillip Island due to the cyclone as I needed to prepare my house. However, I was told they "do not do refunds" and under the circumstances I could have a credit that I could use within twelve months. I thought that was unethical not to mention disgusting. My room did not seem clean, there was black around some tiles in the bathroom, the TV did not work and someone in the room next to mine sat on their outside back step and smoked and the smoke came into my room as I had the back door open. All up a very unpleasant place to stay.

Budget accommodation for travelling, have had a short stay twice now, after hours check in and check out with keybox worked great. Clean, comfy and safe accommodation with onsite parking near cabin.

A budget friendly accommodation which overall is good value and fairly clean. We have stayed here before and will consider coming back again, but as per our last review, attention to detail would vastly improve the cottages. Once again, no cover on the doonas, only a top and bottom sheet between the "raw" doona which gives it a very unhygienic feel. The toilet needed a good scrub with some bleach. Our outdoor sensor light doesn't work which made it difficult when we arrived in the dark.||Addressing these issues would certainly entice us back and would warrant a four/five star rating...
