I passed by here during my evening run, but I didn’t go inside since it was already closed. I will update here if one day I go inside the centre. Even from the outside, there are beneficial readings information about Canberra.

It's definitely worth a visit, especially if you are passing through the area and had a few days to spare.
The staff member that assisted us was very knowledgeable and friendly.
She provided us with lots of useful information for the area and what we could do in the area travelling with a fur baby.
The centre has some lovely gifts also.

You must visit this centre. All the staff we encountered couldn’t help us enough. They were able to answer all our questions and guide us to all the right places. It also has a wonderful view. Easy parking and near a nice park.

A surprise to find such an excellent display on the founding and design of Canberra, with a model - was able to watch and hear the commentary when it was being shown to some visiting school groups. And great to see the overdue recognition of the work and contribution of Marion Mahony Griffin - not that Walter Burley Griffin failed to recognise it but generally her role has been underrated and undervalued. Recommend a visit and time to take in the excellent display.
