I am an owner on Camplify and everyone who has hired from me has always left me minimum 4.5 / 5 stars reviews. It is unfortunate that there are other owners out there that may not be looking after their caravans and customers very well. I’m sorry for that.
Please don’t just throw the whole Camplify platform out the window because of that.
Please look at the reviews that are on the individual caravan listings on the Camplify site and read the reviews for each one to be well informed. If you had a bad experience I hope you left truthful feedback and reviews on that caravan on Camplify.
There are owners who do need some extra income and can give customers a very good experience for cheaper than other “professional” caravan hire places. Most good owners will have great reviews. Look to the individual caravan listings on Camplify for the true reflection of what your hire experience might be like.
Most owners would love repeat business.

Buyer beware don't put your holiday plans at risk. Book in January for April get told in March the booking is cancelled even though the campers from the same provider still showing available. No support or remedy from Camplify or consequences for the supplier. This site is misleading and deceptive. I have sent numerous emails but no alternative can be offered and they continue to promote vans that are not available despite me flagged this two weeks ago.

My experience with Campify was horrible, I do not recommend it at all for the following reason.
I rented a motorhome with some friends, at the beginning everything was fine, but on day 7 of my trip I went to cook in the motorhome but I had an accident with the gas. The gas had a leak and there was a huge explosion, I burned 4% of my body, I had to stay in the hospital with horrible pains.
I paid about $5000 in hospital and treatments.
The owner of the motorhome had no insurance to cover the expenses and campify's insurance was not responsible for anything.
I understand that it is impossible for campify to check all the motorhomes to make sure they are in perfect condition, but it doesn't seem normal to me that they don't have insurance for this kind of situation for their clients.
I am sincerely very disappointed with this situation

This site has to be one of the most poorly managed services we have experienced. The user interface is dated, filtering is limited (cant even sort order of searches) and support is full of excuses justifying the lack of functionality. Not to forget the number of people that are advertising caravans that are either not available on the dates required (even though they are advertised to be) or have sold the vans and simply just don’t reply, is a service industry joke.
Given the advertised prices (p/day) are equal to if not more than established accommodation we struggle to understand how 1. The business is successful and 2. Others tolerate it.

If i could i wouldnt even give them 1 Star.
The customer Service is unprofessional and unreasonable.

They owe me 200 Dollar uber rides what they promised me to pay back in 24 hours. After 1 week i still didnt hear anything from them.

I’ve rented my van once so far through camplify and had no issue at all. I contacted the support twice and never waited long and always got helped very well - the service people speak great English, are easy to understand, have a good phone connection (not always the case), they get to the point (no unnecessary customer service guideline chit chat), were friendly and understood my questions right away. Let’s see whether I’m still happy with camplify if I ever have any claims, but so far it’s been great.

I would not recommend Camplify!

On the last day of our hire period, the hire van broke down and would not start. The van had to be left at a mechanics to be repaired. My partner and I were advised to organise a hire fee to return home (6hour drive). We were told be Camplify support that ALL out of pocket costs including ubers and hire car fees would be reimbursed. At no point were we advised of a daily rate for car hire fee. We hired the only car available due to it being school holidays. The total we paid for car hire was $522 on top of uber ($41) and petrol fees for returning the vehicle ($123.50). Camplify reimbursed a "daily rate" for hire fee $444 and have refused to reimburse petrol fees. In total we are now $201.94 out of pocket for a situation that was out of our control.

We will definitely not be using the Camplify service in the future.
