The staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful! I get my film photos developed here and have never had a bad experience. The processing time is very quick and the quality is always great, I wouldn't get my photos developed anywere else! Thankyou to the staff here for always being so helpful!!

The customer service that I received was great from Tori.
I went in to purchase flash and memory card for my camera. The pros and cons of both items were throughly explained to me.
Another staff member even tested the flash to ensure that it would work for my camera. Would highly recommend Rouse Hill store for anyone that is a beginner at photography like I am.

The photocopy for a document charges was $4, $3 for scanning, and $1 for print.
Why can it not be simply photocopy for $1?
When I ask, I have been told that we first need to scan the document/s. They will email me a copy, and then they can print them instead of just making a simple photo copy.
They took my email and said they will email me a digital copy as well, but I never received the scanned documents(the extra $ they charged me for).
I had to call them to get the scanned documents, and I was told that, hey, you just wanted a photocopy, so we never sent you an email? So, why did you charge for the service you did not provide?
It's not just about a few $. It's about what you sell/promise vs. what you deliver.

We been there for our baby's passort size pohot it was two guys on counter one said we can do it. It was half an our left for close the shop. But other guy said sorry we can't because half an hour is not enough. It was very bad example of customer service
