This is the worst place I have ever stayed.
My skin still crawls thinking about it. I hope I didn't catch anything.
This place needs to be assessed by the health authorities and the star rating needs to be adjusted.
The room absolutely stank, wet damp and everything was stained and filthy
There were no batteries in the airconditioner remote. The airconditioner had water dripping all over the carpet. The toilet leaked on the bathroom floor. The side of the vanity in the bathroom hadnt been cleaned in a very long time.
The bed only had sheets, no blanket. There was a stained doona in the cupboard.
We left at 4am we couldn't handle the smell any longer
The lady staying upstairs made a lot of noise during the night in and out smoking. She had a large dog that barked. The dog tried to go for us as we leaving
The owner obviously has no pride and has never slept in the room we had.
This place should not be advertised anywhere its not fit for human use.
They have the cheek to put up a sign telling us to clean up our mess or they will charge us $50 but they don't supply the stuff to clean up with as they claim to

Quite dirty bathroom, floors, pool and reception area.
Was okay for a one night stay, if all you wanted was a bed to sleep.
Photos make it look very nice, when its actually quite rundown and unkempt...

The Website is ridiculously desceptive claiming 4 Stars! |I imaginge a San Salvador prison cell to be cleaner and smell better.|The furnishings are so filthy that they are beyond cleaning. |The odours of dog, damp, mould and musty smoke were overwhelming.|Carpet and chairs were filthy, to the point of being almost oily.|The balcony had been doused with a Drain Cleaner making breathing difficult.|Airconditioner remote was missing batteries and condesation flowed down the curtains and saturated the carpet.|I left in the early hours in the morning, only to be attacked on the stairs by the Alsation that had been barking all night in the room above.|Never again. Better to stay in your car.

The rooms are not as advertised. As soon as we walked in, it felt and looked dirty. There was 2 sheets on the bed, needs a new mattress, only foot mat in the bathroom.

We ended up leaving to go to another hotel for the night.

I recently stayed at the Camelot Motel in Gladstone and was pleasantly surprised by the value and comfort it offered. I stayed in Room 202, which was exceptionally spacious and well-designed. The room is essentially two separate spaces.

The entry room features a cozy sitting area with a sofa, tea and coffee facilities, a bar fridge, a clothes hanger, and a wardrobe. This made it easy to stay organized and comfortable. The main bedroom includes chairs, a table, and a large, comfortable bed. While the bed is a bit older, it still offered a great night’s sleep.

The room is well-equipped with Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning and ceiling fans, ensuring the temperature was always perfect. The bathroom was spotless, stocked with ample toilet paper, and featured an outstanding shower. The water pressure and flow were simply excellent—one of the best shower experiences I’ve had in a motel!

Additional amenities include Google TV, allowing you to enjoy YouTube and other streaming services, and the internet speed was excellent. Parking is ample, so you’ll never struggle to find a spot. Though there were no elevators that I seen, the staircases are easily accessible.

The motel also has a swimming pool, and my room included a balcony, which was a lovely touch. Overall, the Camelot Motel offers great value for money. It’s budget-friendly without compromising on cleanliness, comfort, or amenities. Highly recommended for a short or long stay in Gladstone!

Worst service run by a dodgy management. Cancelled my booking 3 days before we were due to arrive and would not answer their phone to explain why. Dodgy phone message and very strange dealings. Completely unprofessional and I feel scammed.

Had the worse experience ever!
When I got to the hotal the pool was green as so I'm guessing the rooms are gross and when I needed help with my money back they told me I'm getting all my money back and turns out they still have to charge me for one night even tho I wasn't there never booking this hotal again my son wanted to used the pool ad wr was in the car all day but I wasn't letting him to swim in that pool how it looked but I called up a week before to make sure the pool was clean and they said it will be fix but didn't do anything
The staff didn't say sorry at all.
