I worked here for many years, but I have not worked here for a few months now. Thank you to all the lovely people I had the pleasure of meeting over the years, many of whom I watched grow into adults and have children of their own. I hope your future experiences with the store remain positive and friendly at the servo known as Caltex, formerly Puma, formerly Gull Meadow Springs. Pro tip: There may have been a photo taken a few years back when promoting The Top Secret Guide to Australian Slang, written by myself. See if you can find it online ?

Pre prece setting not working on Pump 3 , so went over by 3c but only had $10.oo as was only getting mower fuel , not able to gowithout paying the 5c . I eventually found a 5c coin in the bottom of t glove box. Live local regular customer, but will NEVER go back

Had to pre pay at lunch time. Then when I asked the man behind the counter wouldn't look at me or answer me. He then got verbal when I said is it because of how I look. Absolutely disgusted in how he thinks he can act while serving paying customers. Never coming back.

Love to use the car wash but Karen says I can't as my car has roof racks. Thing is, my car has been through this car wash many times in the past. Go figure.

I am sick and tiered of coming to the petrol station early hrs in the morning when i am on my way to work. I will not do prepaid at all. There is 1 man that when he sees me he will let me put the petrol in when out prepay. This morning a different man was at the counter, and when i was about to fill my car he said to come in and prepay. I will NOT DO Prepaid, i want to fill my car up, how can i fill it up if i must guess how much it is going to take, i find this very poor service, and to top it off, when you do fill your car there are not wet wipes to clean your hands, the holder for these wipes has been broken for months on end, i have complain to the guy at the counter and the owner just does not care about the service he is giving to the customers.
Not a happy customer, BP is the garage i filled my car up this morning.

Gets pretty busy sometimes, but convenient location next to the shopping centre and takeaways, also has a car wash. Don't believe it's called Puma anymore though
