Aside from looking like the type of place you could get stabbed. It’s poorly ventilated, hot minimal seating and a complete embarrassment should tourists want to travel by public transport. What’s worse is there is no ticket machine. Fancy having a transit centre with no capacity to offer a ticket or top up on a go card. Reminds me of some dodgy poor part of an American city. Managed to get out of here with my handbag and phone still in my possession

No frills bus station. It cam be hot in summer as you are waiting outside in the driveway so do not get there too early. Bathrooms are reasonable but not open at night time. Bit of a hang out go teenages

Very organised, covered area, self explanatory and you don't have to wait around too long for the next electric or diesel bus.

Could be better set up to welcome people as in cafe with seats or a bar with added extras like a waterfall and green plants to brighten it up. Runs a tight schedule

Toilets are a bit manky and there's no desk to ask for help, the bus drivers are all lovely though. You need a go card you can't pay on the bus with cash or card only specific Go Cards that are bought at newsagents (can't buy them at the transit centre)

Toilets were filthy, couldn't tell when they were last cleaned or the sanitary bins serviced. Very bad for a public facility
