I joined the night tour, and our guide Kevin was fantastic.

He provided a wealth of information throughout the journey.
His sincerity was evident as he drove us back and forth along the coastal road twice just to ensure we spotted the wild turkeys.
The service was top-notch, and the food was delicious, especially the BBQ chicken legs. Enjoying a hot coffee or tea on the plateau made us feel truly content.
The itinerary was filled with surprises, and I was extremely satisfied.

Pass by the agency and decided to sign up for some day tours after comparing a few of them. Excellent service and despite some last minute changes, the CS put in effort to ensure we get what we want. Bilingual service available and was surprise that they did check on us after the trip to see if we enjoy.

I was afraid to join something dodgy but whatever the customer service recommended is amazing!

This marks one of our highlight of our holiday!

Cairns Tour Master did an amazing job helping us book our reef adventure and our rain forest trip. Very responsive to our questions, provided us a timely partial refund after the steam locomotive part of our trip was interrupted by mechanical problems. And our contact Mai went out of her way to retrieve a photo I had left on our bus...she scanned and emailed it to us, taking time away from her other duties to do so. Needless to say, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Myself and my girlfriend walked into this place and was immediately welcomed by Mai. She was so informative, understanding and just chill to deal with.
My GF has very little experience with the ocean and I have only dived twice before but luckily, Mai is a diver herself and pointed towards a package that suited us both. She also helped me figure out where to park our van up whilst we headed out and gave me plenty of reassurance. She even followed up a few times which is simply the right way to do service. This travel agency is lucky to have her.

Divers den were the company we did our night cruise with. Seemed to be a well oiled machine where we were shown awesome parts of the reef with so so many cool fish, sharks, coral. The works. Breakfast lunch and dinner was delicious and had plenty to go around. Quite a few people got sea sick at times, my GF included but the staff are cool about it and there to help. I would have loved to do a night time dive but unfortunately there was no intro dive option for that at that time (I am not certified) but I still got to do 4 awesome dives in total.

We left our cruise at Cairns with so many tours to choose but we contacted Stephanie for our on day tour. She was so capable to arrange our helicopter tour to view the Great Barrier Reef and their driver took us to see the best spots for native people dance to enrich the image of the local culture. Quite impressively, the cable car to see the original form of tropical forest is better that the Avatar movie. The driver was so thoughtful to take us in town to eat and even sent us to the airport free for the next day. Can’t find a better service than this company provided. Love it!

It was a good experience with Cairns Tour Master. Stefanie answered all questions and provided suggestions before booking. A great customer service. Stefanie even helped to adjust the schedule in 24 hours before the tour date due to the weather change. Highly recommended!

we booked a tour at the last minute (like 2 hours before). it was an impromptu plan. they assisted us & we successfully got tickets for the tour. staff was experienced & knowledgeable in what she does. she recommended activities and even let us know timings we needed to take note for our tours. very helpful and efficient
