I have just returned from 6 weeks in Europe, organised by the lovely agent Evelina Siegrist-Tucci at Cairns Central Travel. Evelina was wonderful, listening to exactly what I wanted from my trip and supporting me with achieving all of the travel goals I had! She was readily available, caring, and helped me make decisions that were paramount for my safety, ease of travel as well as getting the most out of the trip! She truly was great! My mother also wants to thank her a million times over for keeping me safe (choice of accommodation location, tips for public transport, advice on travelling solo and always being available even while I was away)! I will be coming back for her help with every trip now and would highly recommend her service!

Peter was wonderful right from the start, found me the flights I wanted even at peak travel times and coordinated everything from transfers, hotels, ski packages and connecting domestic flights. First BIG solo trip & let me tell you - it was planned to perfection thanks to Evelina! I didn’t pick her when I walked into Cairns Central Travel but sometimes the stars just align!

Evelina thoughtfully and carefully pieced together a complex network of flights (large & connecting), hotels & tours throughout Europe to give me the perfect balance of everything I wanted from this holiday!

I sure will be returning back as a customer again. As Billie and Peter did an amazing job helping me to travel to Europe and back. I recently called the Cairns Travel Agency to inquire about travel to Africa. Peter provided me with the necessary fees to start to answer my questions, but unfortunately, he seemed quite busy and somewhat rude during our conversation. Despite this, I maintained a positive attitude and thanked him for his time. However, I was taken aback when he expressed frustration about being busy and mentioned cutting phone lines due to stress. It was disappointing to encounter such rudeness, but I remained polite and simply thanked him again before ending the call.

Fantastic friendly service, booked a 10 day trip to Japan on short notice but it was no trouble. 10/10 recommendations on where to go, and helped me to choose where would be best for my interests while still keeping within my budget.
