My experience of this business was I went there after reading the google reviews to organise a trip to the US and Canada. It was a pleasant enough meeting and Geoff (who I dealt with) listened to what we were looking for and then said leave it with him and I would hear back from him within the next week. The initial meeting was back on the 12th April. 2 weeks went by and I had not heard anything so I rang only to receive a msg service stating that the office was unattended and that their hours were between 9-5 Mon-Fri. I was calling at 11am on a week-day but anyway left a message. I then sent an email to ask where things were at and I still have had no reply from them to this day (31/5). Needless to say we did not waste any more time and went somewhere else. Disappointing as we really would rather use local businesses but it does not give people a lot of confidence if there is no reliability provided.
