Wonderful place and we really enjoyed the quick and professional service! Special thanks to Marta, who organized everything for us in 3 days before our wedding! They sent us the draft of menu in 2 hours after our request, next day came here and check the place where we celebrated. The food was fresh and delicious, especially all of us liked fish! Bartender and waiters worked professionally and we were very satisfied not to have any headache about our wedding party. They do care about customers and provide services by the optimal price, which is also a big plus.
So we do know who will we ask for the catering for any other party ew have in future!

We would give them 4.5 stars (chose 4 since 4.5 is not possible) with three things falling short of our expectations (see below), but generally they achieved the details that you would expect of a professional catering company.
CA Catering was a pleasure to work with to plan and execute our wedding. CA met us at the outdoor/oceanside venue and offered practical suggestions, and assurance that they could help as much or as little as we needed. They provided valuable advice what they thought we could and should do considering the potentially windy conditions. They cordially accepted our 7pm meal tasting time (even though that made it a very long day for them). They served and prepared the meal that we wanted, organized the reception and ceremony seating as well, and decorated the buffet table in a professional manner that matched our theme and decorations. They set up lights, tables, chairs, linens and cleaned up after the event, as if it had never existed. They helped us coordinate the many wedding details that were required to make the event a true success. Indeed, they were integral to its success and we are very grateful for that!
As mentioned 3 details fell short of expectations. One item was that some of the food was served cold. It was a very windy day and it was possible that some of the sterno heaters blew out, but my haricot verts were like they had just been taken from the refrigerator, not from a (luke) warm serving dish. A second item was that we paid for extra chairs to for the wedding ceremony and not all were arranged or used. Even worse, fewer attendees came than planned and some still had to stand due to the limited seating, which baffled me. The third item was that the coffee was served after dinner was neither warm or hot. We knew that coffee had its challenges to prepare on site but CA assured that they could do it; unfortunately, it was not as we or our guests were expecting.
Despite these shortfalls, we would highly recommend CA, Marta, Kelly for any catered event. Their attention to detail and experience over 20 years shows they are true professionals who can coordinate and support any event.

We worked with Marta from CA Catering to plan the ceremony and reception for our wedding. Marta and her team were amazing. From little details like welcome signs when we would come to the office, to the excellent service provided at the reception, Marta and her team did an amazing job. We got married in our back yard, so she worked with us to figure out the tent placement, ceremony location, event flow and so much more. And on the day of, she made it so that my husband and I could enjoy our special day. Thank you so much Marta and team! Given a choice, we'd 120% go back to CA Catering. Thank you!

Our National Recovery Month Celebration at the Museum of Discovery & Science was a great success due to the amazing food and beverage provided by CA Catering. Once again the service and attention to details exceeded our expectations.
The staff are so professional and talented and Marta supervises so effortlessly, adding to a worry free evening.

Truly loved working with CA and Marta for our wedding, and really enjoyed their fun and attentive staff. My husband and I always had a drink or food in our hand, and when something needed to be thrown out or taken from, someone was always near to help out. I felt so taken care of the entire night. Planning the wedding was great as well, and they truly captured what I wanted to bring to the experience of my outdoor wedding. The guests raved about their food, and loved the idea of stations, where they could move around and mingle. Thank you both so much for everything!!

Gay and Lesbian Lawyers Network recently held it's annual fundraising gala at The Flagship. CA Catering went above and beyond in making the event special and memorable. C.A. and Marta were both extreme accommodating in both helping the plan the event and with the set-up of the venue on the day of the event.
