Amazing experience!!! the river is beautiful and very easy to paddle, Ricky the guide was super pleasant - he showed us all kind of animals, explained about the board, the river and the animals, did a break for water in the middle, did nice photos for us and gave us some nice, home-made bread and hummus in the end. super recommended. thank you Ricky!!

Highly recommend this experience! Ricky was so good and patient with us. He knew the area like the back of his hand.. he knew the sizes of boats that came our way just from the sounds we would hear from way before… so we were prepared for the waves when the boats came through. We learnt so much about the wildlife around the area and about the vegetation that’s around the river.
Also me not being a swimmer… felt very safe throughout the entire experience. I felt confident standing up in no time.

An absolutely fantastic experience with Ricky. He explains things in a very straightforward manner and gives you confidence if you are doing this for the first time. There was lots of beautiful nature to look at and we were provided with amazing home made snacks. A brilliant way to spend a few hours - highly recommended.

One of the best experiences i've had with an adventure/nature tour. Ricky is super easy going and friendly. He knows so much about the area and is a great instructor. Would recommend to anyone. We will be back for another tour.

Highly recommend Byron Stand Up Paddle tours. Ricky was very accommodating to us - pregnant and a toddler! A lot of activities in the area are limited but Ricky tailored for us and took us out for a great morning on the river. The additional knowledge shared on the area and animals was fantastic. Plus the recommended bakery stop after! Thanks again Ricky, will definitely keep in mind for next time we're in the area.

We had such a great day on the water this morning! The Brunswick Heads River is beautiful and seeing it on a paddleboard was really fun. Speaking of the paddleboard, it was the first time for myself and my partner,  and we loved how quickly we got the hang of it. Ricky was a great guide, very knowledgeable and friendly, and his homemade hummus & homegrown veggies at the end of the tour were the perfect way to finish! Highly, highly recommend.

Such a fun morning out on the water! Ricky and Krystal were both so knowledgeable about the wildlife and they were so hospitable, bringing water and a snack on the tour. We had such a great day. We got to see stingrays, and lots of different birds. The tour itself was great, started off easy in calm open water, then we went into a narrower canal and had a blast maneuvering around stumps and branches. By that time we were steady on our feet on the board. We learned about the local vegetation and got some great photos of us on the boards. Highly recommend this tour!
