What a great service! I missed my shuttle to Byron due to a diverted flight. There was such good communication from Byron Easy Bus who refunded me straight away(I didn’t even have to ask). I had booked a return shuttle so they advised me my return was still booked and sent me informative texts about pickup etc. Definitely use these guys for a seamless experience getting to Byron.

Spot on!
My flight was late so i was pretty certain i would miss the bus, i sent an email on departure - when i landed, they had already issued me a new ticket for the next bus and sent a text updating me!
Communication was super quick & incredibly helpful.

I have used this service twice, once from Gold Coast Airport and once from Brisbane Airport to Byron Bay.

Thoroughly recommend Easy Bus, it was affordable and efficient transport from the airport to the hotel and return.
Special thanks to ‘Dom’ for very kindly dropping an item I’d left on the bus to our hotel reception. It no doubt took him out of his way and cost him time but he indicated it was no trouble.
Will for sure use Easy Bus in the future.🌟

Thanks to the team at Bryon EasyBus for helping us travel from the Gold Coast airport to our retreat at Byron with care and ease! We used to have problems using other services but the team at Bryon EasyBus were the best. The kept us updated with pick-up times and the drivers were super friendly and helpful. Unreliable pick up. I was told that the pick was at Chinderah BP, waited there for 15mins and the driver calls and said he is coming in 5mins. After 5 mins the driver calls and tells me that’s not the pick up stop , so you can take a taxi now. Unreliable service!! Highly not recommend!!
