I booked Byron Bay Luxury Transfers and honestly, they were AMAZING! They catered for my every request, they were on time, so friendly, helpful and could not recommend Grant and his team enough. They picked 12 of us up from the airport & took us to our accommodation in Byron & also did our return trip. The nicest people you will ever deal with, priced well and very professional. Wont use anyone else if we ever get back to Byron! Thank you so much!

Grant collected us from Ballina airport and took us back a few days later. He was punctual, super friendly, and provided a 5-star service. I knew he was of good character when he recommended we don’t leave our retreat for an additional trip to Byron Bay, despite this being a cost to himself. I highly recommend using Grant and his team.

Thanks for clarifying and apologies for the confusion. I am attempting to delete the review but each time I try it says it has failed. This has all caused so much stress and the booking agent is not returning my calls. Whoever let us down has caused us a lot of grief and our autistic son is still recovering. All we are seeking is acknowledgement and to recover our fee as we paid for something quite different than we received. If you happen to know the booking agent, please urge them to contact me. Recently used for airport transfer to Ballina airport. Smooth booking process. Car arrived on time and clean. Unfortunately drop off at airport did not meet expectations, luggage not packed securely/taken care of, our travel pram fell out during unloading resulting in broken handle. Due to works at airport we were also dropped in a temporary drop off area in the rain with large amount of luggage, toddler (and broken pram) without any assistance offered to help get to terminal. Given the premium price of this service perhaps you could consider covering the $2 cost of parking and offering additional assistance to those who need it.

We booked airport transfers from Ballina to Byron Bay with BBLT and were very pleased with their service. They were prompt and courteous, provided helpful advice when our plane was late and were easy to find. Our drivers gave us good restaurant recommendations and local knowledge. A superior service staffed by incredibly professional drivers that go above and beyond for their guests.

Our driver (Jo) was the most professional, calm, confident and delightful driver we've ever had the pleasure of being in the care of.

A wind storm downed power lines just near our holiday home as we were to leave for dinner - and having no power at the property also meant no water. So while we were at dinner, Jo offered to get us supplies including bottled water, firewood and torches.

That very kind act completely changed our evening from a disaster to an adventure.

We were all incredibly impressed with Jo and would highly recommend this company based on our experience.

After an extremely long overseas flight, it was such a relief to see our uniformed driver holding the airport greeting sign with our names on it, standing at the arrivals gate. He was so professional and helpful and made the last leg of our journey smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
