We just stayed here over Christmas with family. Everything was fantastic, from booking to the apartment & location. 100% would stay here again. The apartment was modern, spacious & well equipped. Location was perfect, we had a toddler so was nice to have space to relax in & still have amenities on our doorstep without being in the Hussle & Bussle of downtown Byron this time of year. Thanks Again hope to stay again in the near future 🙂

WOW what a wonderful property! Location is perfect for easy walks into the main shopping district of Byron Bay. Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, retail outlets all within an easy stroll. The best part is the Ocean and amazing beach stretching out in front of the accommodation.

Clean, comfortable rooms and well equipped kitchen and living room in a perfect quiet location. Walking distance to the main shopping and dining streets, markets at your door and close walk to main beaches. Loved it.

We were so excited to be able to stay here - Byron Accomm were professional and attentive with their communication and keeping us informed. Their instruction email to get keys/access and the carpark directions were easy and thorough! The property was spotless and kitchen and all utensils were immaculate! They were also extremely responsive when we asked for a little later checkout (so we could have a final swim!) and got straight back to us which was excellent service. Highly recommend. Well done! We will be baaaaack!!

Cheryl was absolutely amazing at looking after us when we had an issue with the room due to weather. We were upgraded immediately and in a way to minimise any inconvenience to us, and at no extra cost. I totally recommend.

The spot's super convenient, right by the beach and the city center, which is awesome. But, there are a few things you might wanna know about.

First off, there's no AC—just some flimsy fans that barely make a difference when it gets really hot. Also, we were kinda left in the dark about where to toss our trash, and some of the curtains were busted.

Cooking was a bit of a challenge too since the pans were all rusty (not exactly what you want to see when you're about to cook up a meal), and there wasn't even a lemon squeezer in the kitchen. When we asked, they told us it wasn't really a kitchen must-have, but still, it would've been nice to have.

If you're staying with little ones, just a heads up—the place is right on the main road, so it can get pretty noisy, which might mess with sleep times. Oh, and a word of caution if you're planning to use the washing machine for colors: your clothes might come out all linty and ruined.

So, while the location's great, just be ready for these few quirks during your stay.
