Looking for your dream Wedding Planner, Stylist & Event Coordinator/Manager? STOP... BECAUSE YOU HAVE FOUND ONE!!
Looking back and to help future brides/couples – I thought I only needed ‘On the day coordination’ – goodness I didn’t know what was coming – but we ABSOLUTELY needed a planner – it is the best investment you will make to save your sanity!!! My partner and I have demanding working lives and Liv completely saved us.
To summarise Liv in a small review paragraph is impossible.
Liv was born for this role(!!!) and is incredibly talented at what she does.
We had difficulty finding a wedding planner at the start of our journey who we felt we had a genuine connection with - no matter the client's 'instagram status' or budget. Liv met with us and saved the day (she even bought us both a coffee when we first met). We will never forget that day and how Liv made us feel: so welcomed and at ease.
From that day until our wedding day in March 2024 - Liv swept in with her magic to create our dream day that exceeded every expectation.
Liv made us feel so special, every phone call, question or task was always welcomed and SO supported and encouraged. Liv made our ideas feel so valued and respected.
Liv is a walking ray of sunshine, so kind-hearted, passionate, respectful, and exceptionally professional. Not to mention her epic organisational skills (jealous).
Our wedding wouldn’t have happened without her. I tear up when I think about how grateful Andrew and I were to have Liv’s services.

Where do we begin? Liv is absolutely incredible from the moment you meet her. Liv is the beautiful, bubbly, INCREDIBLY organised and stylish planner that made our wedding come to life. She made such an effort to get to know not only us before our wedding, but also our families and understand the important things for us for the day. Liv then went on to go on and make all of those things possible and seem so simply done. We absolutely loved having Liv as part of the lead up to our day, and even more importantly she was so beautifully calm and thoughtful on the day to go over and above. Olivia was professional, thorough, patient, organised and responsive, helping us from start to finish, liaising with the venue and booking all our vendors.

Olivia made the effort to get to know us as a couple, understand what we wanted out of the day and allowing our vision come to life. She was generous with her time, meeting us in Melbourne, at our venue on the surf coast, as well as online to check in when needed.

She made us feel at ease by focusing on key decisions at the right time. We would have been lost with out her in the set up and on the day coordinating. There were so many little details and small touches that she thought of and a calming presence morning of the wedding whilst we were getting ready.

We could not recommend Olivia Plush more highly.

What would we have done without Olivia, she is a gem! Olivia is the most warm, genuine and helpful person and she honestly made our wedding day. During the lead up she was always checking in, prompt at responding and helped make sure everything was set for the day. On the day she came by and brought the bridal party coffees and checked in before heading to our wedding location to make sure all the vendors were set up and everything was ready to go. Olivia coordinated all the events on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly. If you are organising your wedding day please book Olivia, you will not regret it. We are so grateful that we had Olivia coordinate our wedding day! It wasn’t just on the day but all the pre work with our timeline and communicating with our suppliers. In wedding week the weather wasn’t in our favour but Olivia ensured I was not stressed and organised all the changes for us. Then came our wedding day and she was such a calm presence for me! Olivia ensured every single detail was perfect and seamless. Every guest I spoke to said how amazing she was! Even running umbrellas back and forward for our guests and bridal party. No words can explain how thankful we are! Our wedding day was perfect because of Olivia! Only wish we could do it all over again!

We could have not been happier walking into our surprise wedding and seeing the amazing set up Liv had done for us. There is not one thing we would have changed it was absolutely perfect, Liv was absolutely amazing to work with, her communication and advice was beyond amazing and nothing was to much trouble. She made everything feel so calm and exciting in the lead up to our special day.

We spoke about our vision and just wanting something minimal but beautiful and she absolutely nailed the brief. The recommendations we got from Olivia made the set up even more amazing.

I would highly recommend Olivia, her beautiful personality, her knowledge and experience and her creative eye was everything and more and she couldn’t have done a better job if she tried as it was perfect. Highly highly recommend for your special day
