Went there twice and both times wine in the fridge was not cold.I was told the first time by staff member waiting for Technician.What a lie that was.Wont be going back.

So normally everyone who works there are great couldn't fault customer service but today @4pm 19/11/2020 the older brunette lady was disgustingly rude and deliberately ignorant I was still polite said have a nice day to no avail this employee continued to display some form of disgust towards my person truly sorry if I somehow offended her in any way but this is definitely not how you conduct civil business until now 5stars all the way one bad employee is all it takes to ruin a good business reputation!!!
